A new bin with a lid has been brought to the backyard of our building which resolves a previous issue.
We find the team helpful and we extend our gratitude for their assistance in this matter. Thank you Moss.
Service level is below the standard and unacceptable. We have been complaining about a missing cover to the large bin for general waste in the back yard of the building. Eight months passed and nothing has been done. At one stage we complained formally to the council because they stopped collecting the rubbish due to the un covered bin but they said it's Moss&Co who should replace it.
There are no lights in the car park at the back yard, and the stairs lights are not working. When we complained an electrician came round, made one light at the entrance always on day and night. And did nothing about the rest of the problem.
We don't know why Moss doesn't deliver the good service expected although they charge very high service charge rate and tenants are always paying?
Moss & Co have managed my London property for many years and I am very happy with their service. Most of our tenancies have been long term and change-overs have been pretty seamless. On the very odd occasion when tenants have proved unsuitable the situation has been handled by Moss & Co in a fair, efficient and professional manner. This was my first (and only) rental property and I was a bit nervous in the beginning but Jon Moss has always been very helpful and his expertise and years of experience have been invaluable. I have every confidence in him and would have no hesitation in recommending Moss & Co to landlords looking for an excellent property management company
