Since 2005 Mother Natures Goodies has been supplying our 80,000 customers with Essential and Carrier Oils, whilst our range has grown to feature many pre-blended oils, our mission has remained the same.
We aim to supply great Quality products that don't cost the Earth. As such we choose our Suppliers carefully, ethically source as much as we can, and do our utmost to minimise our carbon footprint.
We Employ 9 staff in the South Wales Valleys and consistently try to contribute to our local community.

Staff members are lovely apart from the man who holds you hostage and won't stop talking..... not sure if he owns it he definitely acts like it..... the girls are lovely especially the more mature lady who's relatively new but seems a much better fit than the older man so I don't want this to reflect badly on them here but I'm very disappointed, seems as if it was getting better, new products and shop layout looked lovely the other day, Thursday is think it was, come in again today and it looks an absolute shambles, clearly a lot of work had gone into making it look like that and then for some reason it's all been completely undone. I was going to bring people in to show them but won't be doing that now if it stays like that. I go to the other shop too and was starting to much prefer this one with new things in and nice displays! Now theres wires and mess everywhere and shelves empty and somehow still messy! They looked beautiful the other day I did notice a very old fire extinguisher not on the wall like it should be that looked far far out of date. Makes me question the safety of the place especially if they insist on burning that awful smelling oil. I noticed the other day that it smelled lovely in there too but when that oil I'd burning I can't even go on there or near it it makes me feel sick. Also they still do not have a ramp to make it wheelchair accessible and I have a friend that keeps asking to go in. The girls said they have told the owner the man I'm assuming.... and it's been months and months and he still hasn't got one. Really frustrating. Seems he cares more about what he wants and not what the customers want. Also noticed that prices are going up! Won't be going back until I can see all of this nonsense has stopped. Let the girls get on with it they clearly know what they are doing! Oh and I did see some oils where out of date as well!!! Bad show!!! Not sure if I should report that or not!

I placed an order on 27 March, I emailed after two weeks asking if they had an update as to when it would ship, the status of the order changed a few days later to “shipped” and two weeks later the order changed to “refunded”. I have not received a refund to my bank so am having to gather the evidence needed for them to charge back. Terrible customer service and I would not order again which is a shame as their product looked great
Can't believe they're still trading
I didn't receive my order after 6 weeks. All my calls, emails and messages were completely ignored.
I was so pleased when I raised an online case with PayPal ... I got a refund almost instantly.
I really think this company should be stopped from trading.
Order lost in post 3 times apparently!!??
Awful experience with the company, ordered £24 of bath bombs on 4th October for my child's birthday a few weeks later, had no shipping updates from them so emailed on the 13th, got no response so messaged them via the website, still no response. After reading similar reviews on Trustpilot I started a Paypal chargeback. On the 16th They finally responded to me (after Paypal got involved) and did apologise and said they would send the order again free of charge. I had an order shipped email on the 19th but nothing turned up, they advised me on another 2 occasions that they had shipped the items as they must have got lost in the post (even though they said they sent the 3rd box via Parcelforce). I emailed them again on 8th December advising them that nothing turned up to which they ignored.
Terrible company, do they actually send the items? The postal/courier services aren't that bad, but for them to say that 3 boxes all got lost in transit, really???!!
Great Products As Always
I have been buying products for 3/4 years now and love them - great gifts as well. As I no longer go to Abergavenny I was pleased to be able to order online. Slight delay in receiving an order which James dealt with to my 100% satisfaction. Will be ordering again soon !

I’ve been in contact with James and he has apologised for the lack of order and explained that he has taken over the online site now, the last person having failed badly at online customer care.
I received my order this morning and as usual the oils are really good quality…
He is hopefully going to sort all previous customers with orders or refunds, so please contact MNG if you’ve had a problem.

Hugely disappointed as I have used this shop in the past many times, never had any issues whatsoever.
It seems that they are not trading or having problems with getting orders out.
I don’t trust that the recent good reviews are genuine, or they are from local people who are visiting the shop in person.
Luckily I used PayPal for my order, otherwise I would be stuffed like others have been, looking through the reviews.

Love the products but terrible customer service. My recent order got lost in the post, apparently..... almost every previous order has got lost.
My enquiry emails were replied to once but then ignored, I am still waiting on a response to the whereabouts of my current order. I will not be ordering from this company again.

Goods not received - no response to communications.
Very disappointed as I've used this company before with no problems at all. On this occasion I have left quite long enough before reporting non-receipt of goods and have filled out the Contact Us form on the website on three occasions with no response. The phone number at the top of the form is unavailable as is the email address I attempted to use. I used another phone number that I found on the company's Facebook page but no one answered.
I have left a Facebook Messenger communication this morning to which I hope to receive a response eventually.
My order date was April 25th and today's date is May 13th and the order is marked on the website as 'shipped.'
No goods received, money taken and now MNG ignoring my messages!
I ordered from this company online a year or more ago and was pleased with the product and delivery.
I wish I’d read the reviews on Trustpilot before ordering again at the beginning of April as I would have avoided this company as there seem to be unfulfilled orders and failed refunds.
I received a message saying my order (#9303) had been dispatched on 15.04.22. Nothing arrived and the money had been taken from my bank account on 10th April.
I contacted them on the contact us option online and I was told my order would be sent first class 3.05.22. I have received nothing.
I have sent several more messages and have had no response. The contact telephone number does not work.
I am very concerned that I have lost the money and can’t understand why I have been told a lie about the orders being sent out. I should have paid by PayPal as I have asked for a refund from the company and no response!!
