Mother Natures Goodies Avis 

My order was apparently shipped over 8 days ago and I still haven't received it! Is it on a slow boat from China?
Just checked on companies House, the company has been dissolved!

I have used mother natures goodies for many years they have always been consistent and reliable this last order they went out of their way to make sure I received my order

I ordered a month ago and still have not received the item

I ordered my products online. Received an email saying posted. I had no tracking details. I emailed them and they sent a strange badly worded email back. I delved deeper and it appears the company has been dissolved hence no more landline but somehow website still taking orders!!! PayPal gave me instant refund very strange situation

The order has so far taken more than 16 days to fulfil and still I have not received the order. Although Mother Natures Goodies was contacted via its website to establish the status of the order, no reply was received. All in all, I'm a disappointed customer!

I placed my order a month ago and it still hasn't arrived! They shipped my order after 18 days of me placing it! Terrible service! I will not be ordering from them again for sure!

The carrier oil is good from here if you can get it delivered. I've been waiting 5 weeks for mine been told it was re ordered and still didn't receive it. Also their phone number doesn't work. Im waiting for a refund now...

Terrible experience, ordered in november, promised a replacement in December when order didn't arrive, no replacement came, could not get hold of anyone emails being ignored. Forced to put in a case with PayPal and got money back today. Scarey thing is everyone is saying this yet they are still trading online.

Same story as so many others here. Although my e-mails, over several weeks, were answered - and I received multiple assurances that the item was on its way - basically it never turned up. My refund from Paypal took all of 10 seconds. If this option is available to you I would grab it while you can.

Would give them 0 stars if I could. Haven't received order after 3 weeks. Tried to contact by email, but no response. I'm getting a Paypal refund now. It's really a shame as their products are really good. But will not order from them again.

Never go the order . The phone number doesn’t exist , my email wasn’t answered and when I took it to the PayPal resolution they gave me a mobile number and the man said he sold the business 5 months ago. Something very dodgy going on here . Got a full refund via PayPal

Still waiting on an order. Dead phone lines. Took ages to find another email on google to get in touch.

The product itself is very good I have ordered from eBay multiple times. But since they have stopped selling on eBay the service has become so poor. I ordered my items on 12th Feb directly from their website and it’s now 7th March and I still haven’t received them. I’ve sent chaser emails but I’ve had no response. Very poor customer service. I would have given 1 star but their products are good hence the extra one.

I know they are cheep but they are soulless. Do not use this shop, please, just don’t do it. They are dishonest and careless. They have stolen my money causing stress and upset. They are choosing to ignore me, wilfully and intentionally they are choosing to make harmful decisions about there business actions. Perhaps they feel so superior that they need not care or perhaps they are cowardly. Whatever the case they are not trustworthy. Choosing to buy from them may make you as guilty as they are, by choosing to endorse such disgusting behaviour with your purchase. Fight the good fight and do not use this shop.

Please avoid this store as much as possible. I waited over 4 months for my order and when it finally came, it did not match what i ordered. Complete lack of professionalism and arrogance in treating the customer. This store is a total failure!!! No more orders from this store!!!

No email reply to my query about the order, even 4 days later.

I am glad I paid by Paypal, I will be able to get a refund God Willing.
I suspect this company is no longer trading.

Even one star is too much ! I placed an order (which I couldn't track) last October and after numerous emails, excuses and promises I'm still left with nothing. Plenty of unneeded hassle. An order that cost me Euro 42. I have opened a dispute with PayPal but have no guarantee I'll get my money back. Simply shameful !!!!! Do not buy from this company.... I sure as hell won't.

My ordered products were never received, you never returned my emails and your telephone number was invalid. An alternative telephone number came up on the telephone as property services. Sadly, the whole experience has been really disappointing and I will be looking to get my products from a different business from now on which is a shame as I've ordered and received products from yourselves in the past without problem.
