Since 2005 Mother Natures Goodies has been supplying our 80,000 customers with Essential and Carrier Oils, whilst our range has grown to feature many pre-blended oils, our mission has remained the same.
We aim to supply great Quality products that don't cost the Earth. As such we choose our Suppliers carefully, ethically source as much as we can, and do our utmost to minimise our carbon footprint.
We Employ 9 staff in the South Wales Valleys and consistently try to contribute to our local community.

Taken money but order not delivered in full. No longer responding to me.
They messed up my order by sending the wrong items. Initially it was handled fairly well and they said they'd include the missing items in a second shipment and send this first class. The second shipment arrived but was also incorrect so I'm still missing an item that I paid for several weeks ago.
They have stopped responding to my emails. Avoid the hassle and order elsewhere! I'm hoping I get a response soon and this can be resolved otherwise I will be escalating to Trading Standards.

I am ever so sorry to learn of the issues you have faced with this order. I want to look into this for you immediately and get packing to rectify, could you please supply your order number so I may get it all sorted and have a word with them?

No communication
No communication, waited over 2 weeks and my product still isnt here.
Following their reply, i sent an email 1 week after i ordered the product, which they stated it had been shipped. Once more i emailed 2 weeks after, with another shipping notification, so should i be receiving 2 products now?

I am ever so sorry your item went missing in transit, we assumed it had been delivered hence no communication. I picked up your first and only email which was sent this morning and have replied stating we are sending a replacement out today first class.

Would NOT recommend this company , Delayed fulfillment with 1st order 1 item delayed for weeks and had to send numerous e'mails regarding whereabouts of item but gave them a second chance , 2nd order failed completely . numerous e'mails, initially blaming new employee picking and packing items but failing to send items for dispatch , then it was the fault of Royal Mail /Parcel force (that ol chestnut) so promised to deliver in person (3 miles from the company ) that did not happen either , again the fault of employee. Emailed them told them to cancel the order and refund my payments , refund was made a few days later ( probably because I lived nearby) , clearly a mismanaged company that is unable to completely fulfill orders .

We are ever so sorry you had bad experience and we have looked into what went wrong and equally spoke to royal mail.
There are few parts of your feedback which are not quite right though, we offered to drive the goods down to you should they not arrive in the post, this was declined and a refund requested. The refund was issued the NEXT day when we were back in the office as it was out of hours.
Again, we are sorry you had a bad experience and will learn from this, we do have hundreds of positive feedbacks on eBay which provide a more accurate snapshot of how the company is managed.

My go to place for natural oils
Great fast service and a wide range of essential oils at a great price. Can't fault it and so pleased we found the shop when on holiday in Wales. The guy there was so knowledgeable and helpful. Will certainly order more, thank you!

I placed an order on the 6th June
I placed an order on the 6th June. And still I haven't received my goods. If I had been told to expect a delay due to COVID, Brexit etc., I would have accepted this. However I have received an order despatched message twice and still no show. I have contacted the company by email just to receive a product dispatched message. I'm beginning to wonder if the company actually exists.

A Gem of a Store
Visited the store in Abergavenny for the 1st time yesterday. What a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, the gentleman who served me was very passionate and knowledgeable about the products and I purchased some essential oils on his recommendation, the young lady sales advisor took time helping me select some shower products. Better customer interaction required
Avoid at all costs, they will send the first shipment then after that if you order more it doesn’t arrive. I was informed by an employee ‘James’ there had been a mistake and he would send the items. Nothing has happened. tried emailing and calling and no answer.
Update:
Thank you for looking at my order, I like your goods and I would considering again, but more attention is needed to customer service and ensuring goods are delivered otherwise you’re going to be out of pocket continually

I investigated and saw that there was no mistake. The original order was shipped next day but was lost by the courier. We then sent on a next day delivery to expedite.
