Mother Natures Goodies Avis 

Bought some oil on eBay a month ago. 10 days after it was supposed to have been delivered I sent a query, specifically saying I wanted the item not a refund. A refund is what I got. I ordered again and it was supposed to have been delivered last week but, you guessed it, no such luck. I have this time asked for a refund and will look elsewhere.

I ordered some items almost 3 weeks ago and have repeatedly contacted this company to find out where my order is. I was recommended this company by a friend so unfortunately I did not check for reviews before hand! Despite sending emails, web queries and calling I have had no luck. The closest I got was when I spoke to somebody in customer services who told me that it wasn't clear on the website where my order was! He told me he was going to call back in 15 minutes--never did. I then called approximately 6 times but never got through to speak to anybody. This company is a disgrace and should not be allowed to trade. I would give it zero stars if I could

BEWARE!!!!!!!! this is a DISASTER of a company !!!! I am so angry .... I have placed a big order with them for 4 different varieties of 5liter bottles of organic and unrefined oils .... just. to find out that they are all FAKE !!!!!!!! 'Argan' smells like nothing where it should have a strong unpleasant nutty smell which argan is known for.... 'Almond' smells like old vegetable oil. 'Sesame' smells like NOTHING ! it should have strong and wonderful smell of sesame like sesame oil normally does..... 'Jojoba ' which normally has the longest shelf life of all oils has got black mould in it after 2 months of use .......... Complete dissapointment !!!!!!!!!

These oils are very diluted - some oils are up to 75% less smell than ones I currently use - I had to use 4 times the strength to achieve any healing properties and when put in the aroma stream they last less than 5 minutes

I have used these oils for years and when I compared the new bergamot, rose, neroli and lime oils I received last week the smell had gone from my hand in under 2 minutes. I suspect it is cheaper because it uses more carrier oil than ever before

I am very disappointed in this company they have really gone down hill. The last two orders of essential oils took weeks to arrive after many messages and emails that they totally ignored. Said would send on essential oil that was coming from India when it arrived, never did and never responded to any emails or messages. I will not be using this company again.

After 3 weeks of sending 10+ e-mails, still no reply.
I paid over £220 for oils from mothernaturesgoodies.co.uk and I think the company has closed. No replies and no communication at all.
I have asked Paypal to close down their Paypal Account.

The website is still active and running, but DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They have already taken my money and don't sent or reply to my e-mails.

Dreadful no goods received. I think they have.gone bust again. PayPal dispute in process. Thank God od I used PayPal.

Avoid please. Placed order and never received. Now phone number doesn't work and I believe members of staff have left recently. Trying to get a refund via Paypal.

Oils came spilled over all the rest leaving 2 bottles half full. E-mailed and got no reply. It's such a shame because I love these oils and they stock such a good range with a great website. I've stupidly been reccommending them to so many people but I'm having to go back and warn them. Seriously what is wrong with this company?!

Placed an order never received. Sent several messages and emails all without reply.

Paypal dispute is still ongoing as they have not responded to that either. Having to wait a month for them to not reply in order to get the funds back.

Avoid

Unfortunately we had a similar experience to the previous reviewer. We were fed a series of lies and excuses as to why our oil bottles could not be delivered. They tried to blame it on the poor label printers, who we spoke to and got the true story (the labels had not even been ordered). SuperFast Labels are fantastic and we are now using them directly. As for Mother Nature's Goodies, I strongly recommend avoiding them.

Extremely slow delivery with excuse after excuse from the company. Became clear they were being untruthful when the stories surrounding delays got mixed up! Finally received a really rubbish oil and on complaining was told that I was the one with a problem! Don't put yourself through the time and effort of buying from these jokers
