apart from the company being based in Germany thats ok with me. But i ordered a part,a week passed (that was the time needed to arrive) nothing arrived. 2 weeks later the item was returning to the seller. Middle of the 3rd week the parcel arrived at the seller i requested a new one otherwise a refund (as i never received the item-postage details were correct). They said that i had to wait 10 working days on top to rectify what happened...instead of sending a new one and apologise for the delay, i have to wait around a month at least for an order. disgusting

48h GREAT DELIVERY IS A LIE
They they cheat customers. There is NOT 48h delivery time but at least 2 days for prepare order and THEN 5-6 days for delivery.
Avoid.

Absolutely disgusting company
Absolutely disgusting company. False advertising.
Web-site page clearly states 48 Hrs Delivery, I have waited 3 days to be told that my order is just being processed and to expect 5 working days delivery.
Wish there was someone to report this company to.
DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!
I would make it ZERO STARS if possible.

Said available for despatch in 24 …
Said available for despatch in 24 hours, phoned, was told they would be with me either Friday or Monday, only despatched on Saturday, arrived the following Thursday. MOT re-test window long since passed, so had to pay for a full new test.
Generally a bad service, and certainly very misleading.
