I was looking to buy a commercial…

I was looking to buy a commercial vehicle online and came across a van from Motor2Go. After booking a viewing, I found that the van was not yet showroom ready. However, the team agreed to fully prepare it to my expectations before collection.

They went above and beyond by changing the wet belt, installing parking sensors at my request, carrying out a full service, and completing a fresh MOT. When I collected the van, it was presented in exactly the condition agreed upon, fully polished, valeted, and with all the stickers removed. The van looked significantly better than it did when I first viewed it online.

Motor2Go is clearly a family run business with friendly, professional people who genuinely care about customer satisfaction. A special thanks to Abdullah, Abraham, and Monika for making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. It was a pleasure dealing with them, and I felt confident and well looked after throughout.

I would highly recommend Motor2Go to anyone looking for a commercial vehicle, and I will definitely be buying from them again in the future.

Zero stars

So if I could give zero stars then i would.
Where do i start
Brought car on Saturday 25th March
Returned car Tuesday 28th March with 7 faults. I emailed over the 7 faults and said I was going to return car for a full refund. Cut a very long story short and lots of stress, I final got some of the money back on Sunday 19th May. The only way I could get most of my money back was to offer a compromise,which meant I lost over a thousand pounds.
Please be very careful.

When you initially contacted us, you requested a full refund shortly after purchase due to concerns raised with the vehicle. As per our terms and conditions, we advised that we would first need the opportunity to inspect and repair the vehicle, however you did not wish to proceed with this option and instead requested to return the vehicle.
We also refunded the warranty as a gesture of goodwill, despite warranty products normally being non-refundable under the signed terms and conditions.
Regarding the settlement amount, this was not something imposed by us. You proposed accepting a reduced figure in order to bring matters to a quick conclusion, which we agreed to in good faith. Once agreed, the refund was processed within the timeframe outlined in our terms and conditions.
At all times we remained in communication and responded consistently throughout the process. We always aim to resolve matters fairly and professionally for all parties involved. Thank you. Kind Regards, Motor2Go Team

Friendly and professional

Brilliant experience, Abdullah was very welcoming and helpful, was shown the vehicle and had all the paperwork sorted promptly. Very professional but friendly atmosphere, both the company and the staff. Would very much recommend, and will advise my bosses to work with this company again for any future vehicles! Excellent customer service right from…

Excellent customer service right from the start. Abdullah was so welcoming and genuine. He made me feel at ease, even on the test drive. Abdullah gave me confidence to sell my old car. I would absolutely recommend Motor2go as the customer service is great. In addition, I had minor ‘teething issues’ with my car. Abdullah was excellent at dealing with this, he even arranged for me to get it sorted at my local garage free of charge. Abdullah is a credit to Motor2go and has restored my faith in buying a second hand car.

After posting an honest review about my…

After posting an honest review about my experience with Motor2Go, I received an email from the company demanding I remove it, calling my review ‘untruthful’ and ‘lies’, and stating they would refuse to communicate with me further until I complied. Rather than addressing my concerns professionally, they chose to dismiss and pressure me. Threatening customers into silence instead of resolving legitimate complaints speaks volumes about how this company operates. I would strongly caution anyone considering using Motor2Go.
How the company is operating this is an another proof to treat as a cheaters and frausters please be aware of Motor2go company don’t ever think to buy a vechicle from them it’s too too dangerous

We are sorry to read your review, however several statements made here are inaccurate and do not reflect the full circumstances of this matter.
The vehicle was purchased on 13 December 2025 and shortly after purchase you reported concerns. In line with our obligations, we asked you to return the vehicle so that it could be inspected and repaired, which we arranged. The vehicle was returned to you once the work was completed.
You also purchased a 24-month warranty package, and when you later reported a further issue you were correctly advised to contact the warranty provider so that the matter could be handled under the policy.
Unfortunately, the vehicle was subsequently taken to a third-party garage without authorisation and was reprogrammed/modified. As explained in our signed Terms & Conditions, unauthorised modifications can affect warranty coverage and prevent us from verifying the original cause of any reported fault.
Despite this, we have repeatedly offered for the vehicle to be returned to our premises for inspection, so that we can properly assess the situation and assist where possible. This offer remains open.
Motor2Go takes customer service seriously and we always aim to resolve matters fairly and professionally. We have a full record of emails, call logs and correspondence relating to this matter and remain willing to review the vehicle should you wish to arrange an inspection.

I recently purchased a van from Motor2Go and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From the very first interaction, Abdullah in Sales made the process smooth, friendly, and informative. He listened to exactly what I needed, showed me a great selection of vans that fit my budget and use, and explained everything in clear, honest detail. I never felt pressured — just genuinely supported in making the right choice.

Once the sale was complete, the excellent service didn’t stop there. Syed in the Aftersales Prep Team went above and beyond to make sure the van was thoroughly checked, serviced, and ready to go. The preparation work was detailed and clearly done with real care — I left knowing the vehicle was in great shape and that I had someone dependable to contact if I needed anything after delivery.

Overall, if you’re looking for a van and want a team that’s truly committed to both great sales service and excellent preparation for aftersales, I’d highly recommend Motor2Go. Fantastic support all the way through!

vehicle failing

My girlfriend purchased vehicle and its not in any good condition couple months after. Wouldn't recommend it to my wurst enemy!

Avoid at all cost

Avoid at all cost ! Purchased a van full a scrap in 8 months ! All been serviced proper always something goes wrong with it.
Very bad quality vehicles

SCAM , Ford Transit

SCAM , made my first building company bankrupt , ive purchased a Ford Transit Custom 2020 on 95k miles on the clock. When i got the van it was already delivered with cracked windscreen. Of course the company was so helpful they said its not an MOT failure so not down to them so i had to pay 400£ for replacement in the first week , then i had the following issues in the period of 20k miles , Adblue injectors changed , breakdiscs , wetbelt ive been told has been changed it was nearly snapped 2000£ , brand new turbo 2500£ , then it failed mot on discs 1000£ dics and pads , and then just 2500 miles after started overheating like hell , chnaged 4 mecanics everyone diagnosed the engine to be gone , the mecanics scammed me as well, so ive paid so far 3000£ on top of all that just for , radiator , egr cooler , expansion tank + cap , radiator , and every single part woth the coolant system , and guess what still preasurises and overheats ….. Aaaand on top of that i parked it last night on the driveway because i cannot afford this engine to be changed and now my power steering has failed and i need new rack… lovely . I would never buy anything from these people I will try take them to court i tryed complain to them no result, they asked me to proof these parts was failing at the date of purchase ….. Absolutely scammers took my money i am left with finance to pay for 21k because they gave me 21% interest with very good credit rate. Which ive been told it was 12% absolutely rip off and i highly suggest stay away!!!!
