Prices are lower as they take scrap cars with hidden problems concealed and sell it and then they say they cars need some work 🤯🤯🤯and will come out with stupid response even here and BAN you account 😂😂😂 all they cars come as start and drive but you cant call it drive more like pushing the car …. Of course you cant come and see anything as they are hiding behind closed gate … that tells a lot … to bad i haven't look into reviews and block it before i could my car has ton of issues like
Evidence of head gasket failure (oil contaminated with coolant / “mayonnaise” in oil and coolant system empty)
Oil leaks from the engine
Engine whining noise
Suspension knocking noise
Battery barely functioning / low supply voltage faults
Central locking not functioning
Rear boot lid not opening (boot release inoperative)
One headlight not working
Visible body damage and corrosion concealed with black spray paint
Traction control error displayed on dashboard
Brake pad warning light displayed on dashboard
Following a full diagnostic scan, multiple system faults were recorded, including but not limited to:
Engine and transmission communication faults (databus / transmission control errors)
Brake electronics fault (steering angle sensor voltage supply issue)
Multiple airbag system faults, including control module defective, crash sensor faults, and passenger detection system faults
Electronic central control module faults
Headlamp range control faults
Multiple open circuit / short circuit faults affecting lighting systems

It’s important to clarify that vehicles sold through the IAA / Synetiq platform are salvage and trade vehicles, not retail-ready cars. The majority of vehicles will require some level of repair or rectification, which is reflected in both the pricing and the auction format.
All available information, including images and known faults, is provided prior to bidding, and buyers are expected to carry out their own due diligence before purchasing.
In terms of the process, we operate as an online auction business, meaning vehicles are purchased first via the platform, and then collected by appointment. Our site is not open to the public, and for operational and health & safety reasons, vehicles are brought out to customers at the point of collection — this is standard practice.
We aim to present vehicles as accurately as possible based on the information available at the time, and we handle a high volume of stock with a quick turnaround.

All vehicles sold through our auction channels are trade vehicles, and are typically sold as described, often including cars with faults or requiring repair. As such, buyers are expected to carry out their own checks and due diligence before purchasing.

Absolutely rubbish cars and customer service
All the cars they have listed for auction have mechanical faults and engine lights, however they either photoshop it or quickly clear the fault from the OBD system before snapping a photo.
They also dont take pictures of the physical faults a car has
bought a seemingly normal car from their auction on IAA / Synetiq auction, but they hadnt taken any pictures of the rear seats where there was mold on them, and even worse the transmission was knackered, you could hear it falling apart and it was handed to me with an engine light, the car wasnt suitable to drive or anything.
They even know themselves how rubbish their cars are, on their website they say that they buy any car, but when I emailed them saying I want to sell this car to them they said 'we dont buy cars we've just sold'

All vehicles sold through auction are trade listings, and are sold as described at the point of listing, often including vehicles with faults, damage, or requiring repair. This is clearly communicated, and buyers are expected to carry out their own due diligence before purchasing.
We do not “photoshop” or hide faults. Vehicle details and images are provided based on the information available at the time, and many vehicles we handle are sub-prime, salvage, or non-retail stock, which is reflected in both pricing and condition.
In relation to your comments about purchasing a vehicle, we’d need to investigate this further as the situation described doesn’t align with our processes. We’d welcome the opportunity to review the specific vehicle and listing you’re referring to — please contact us directly with more details so we can look into this properly.
Regarding your final point, we do buy cars in a wide range of conditions, however there are circumstances where we may not be able to purchase a specific vehicle depending on various factors at the time.
