The staff were excellent but ….
The staff were excellent but there was a fault with the car that should have been discovered well in advance of the pre-arranged collection day but was only identified the day prior. Thankfully this did not prevent collection occurring but does mean that it will have to be rectified in my time and under warranty. This somewhat soured the experience only mitigated by the excellent staff.

It was good but when I went to pick up the car I found some scratches at the back of the car ( driver side ) when I asked the team said we can only give a touch on one of them and will be seen the rest butter to leave , the should of offer the complete paint to the area as it’s not been mentioned in the advertisement the company should owner fixing it but every one was trying to get out of it and give reasons doesn’t make since . Excellent service all round!!
They have a great selection of cars and are easy to find etc, and they also transported the car I chose from Derby to Chingford. Got a good deal from them, with a fair part exchange value for my current car. Maddie who dealt with me was excellent, she was polite, friendly, very professional, the waiting area was nice with free coffee etc, and all in all a pleasant experience - and very happy with my new car!
