No pushy sales man,after holding the car my partner checked the engine before I bought it and yes there were a couple of minor issues but everything was sorted out for me within a week or so,sales rep Bailey can’t fault him at all and on completion wez was brilliant,only criticism I could actually say is communication between client and motor point could be alittle better

Good car, good customer service

Great customer service, very warm, friendly sales agent who was informative and helped guide me through the maze of buying a car. Felt under no pressure to buy which was a huge difference to the other competitors I had visited, would definitely recommend

The employees who I dealt with were very friendly and knowledgeable. There was a large choice of good value for money cars. They didn’t hound me repeatedly with pressure to buy additional add-ons like I’d seen in other car sales places. Gave a good deal on my part exchange.

"Incredibly poor aftersales care from the Derby branch. Sold me a car with a broken speaker and are now refusing to fix it unless I take time off work or leave myself stranded without transport. Total breach of the Consumer Rights Act. Avoid this company

Your team is refusing to look at my car at a reasonable time (3.45 pm)and trying to force me to pay for my own ubers upfront for a fault that happened in the first month.I have an email conversation with motorpoint regarding this issue which I can prove and I am a genuine customer. Great helpful friendly staff and good choice of vehicles.

Just bought a car from them. The problem isn't with the car, its with the staff.
The person dealing with my purchase took a deposit from me then spent more than 20 minutes trying to sell me gap insurance, 4 year warranty at £1,249, synthetic coating at £429, cosmetic and alloy wheel plan at £499, car mats at £90 and dashcams at £445 - Total, without the gap insurance of £2,712.
I told him more than 10 times that I just wanted the car.
I then received an email from him with the message, anything you need, contact me. Didn't pick up the phone to me or respond to any emails to him.
I had to keep chasing Motorpoint to get a delivery date to my local branch. The original timescale was 11 days.
Pretty poor timescale in my opinion.

After some searching bought the car specified. Good sales, handover and after sales.

The car is lovely and the young man who delt with us was fabulous.

From point of sale with Alex to after sales where Chloe dealt with an issue with speed and efficiency 10/10 .

Straight forward no hard sell

Smooth transaction. I got a good price for my part exchange car, and the car purchased was excellent value, better than other dealers offered.
