Hi Jeni - obviously I am mortified to read this - we pride ourselves in trying to, and most often succeeding, in delivering great customer service, with empathy being the start point for all customer interactions.
I believe you spoke to our Customer Support line and they gave you some advice relating to this query when you called them - I have looked at the case notes and it appears you were given direction to go to main dealer who would be able to assist - that said, the car should not have been released without a locking wheel nut.
Going forwards, I will call you shortly, I will also ensure that we build a second check of the LWNK to ensure this doesn't happen again. As for our warranty - we have brought all work and contact in house here at Norwich to ensure that we are able to deliver what we promise, speeding the turnaround time on claims, ensuring customers are kept in the loop by people on the ground who do care.

The whole process was so easy! I found the car I wanted at a great price and a couple of days later I had it. No hidden fees, no hard sales tactics, just friendly and helpful staff that made everything happen seamlessly. Best car buying experience I have ever had (and I've had about 15 cars now). 5 stars!

Zac at Motorpoint provided an excellent experience from beginning to end. He wasn't pushy at all and on the test drive he let me go out on my own to get a real feeling for the car .
