No pressure
I wasn't pounced on when i got there ,i was greeted ,no hard sales .
The salesman Khal then did the test drive and took us through the formalities and that was it , picked car up same day, i would recomend and use again !

Great Quality and no hard sales
No hard sales, left to browse all cars at your pace,with people ready and available to answer any questions. All options are made available with detailed information to help make decisions. The process is then stress free and your options are clearly understood. The quality and price of all vehicles are very good along with the professional personnel, this in my opinion makes motorpoint better than their competition.
I have made my second purchase from them and will continue and recommend them to family and friends. Every question or request is dealt with in a professional and relaxed manner which makes the process so much more easier.

Brilliant service
I needed a new car and saw one that looked good, at Motorpoint Oldbury so I decided yo take a look , when I arrived I was greeted by Daniel, he wasn't pushy like some salesmen, he was very helpful, we had a coffee, I had seen another vehicle at the Sheffield branch, which was even better, so he arranged to have it delivered to Oldbury, which took a couple of days, the nice thing was the following morning after buying the car, Daniel gave me a call to make sure that everything was ok and that I was happy, now that's what I call customer service.
