Sarri has been absolutely fantastic at helping us slowly but surely resolve our numerous severe hidden mould issues. We have a what seems a new perfect condition house but my children were getting sick and I decided to test for mould - glad I found Sarri who helped run all the tests quickly and at a reasonable cost compared to numerous cowboy companies. There were numerous areas that needed removal that were not easy to set up containment. He and his small team did a fantastic job working into the late hours and accommodating the urgency of our situation- Also left the area spotless. Also finding a severe building defect in our roof the process of roof removal has been slow bus Sarri is always at the end of the phone to help guide the builders with proper containment and do absolute everything to make sure we can hopefully move back in safely after he will be back to fully particle clean my top floor ! At the outset of the problem, he pinpointed the issue where numerous building inspectors and specialists had absolutely no idea weeks down the line. We ended up doing exactly what he said we need to do. If you suspect mould in your home do not even think about calling any one else !

Would 100% recommend these guys. Had a reoccurring issue in my study room. I had a dehumidifier constantly running to dry and dry out the wall and prevent the mould coming back, but to no avail. I made the call to Aidens mould and spoke with Sari. He assured me this was a common problem that they deal with and could guarantee me they could take care of it. We arranged for an inspection in 3 days time, they came did and inspection on the wall and took a sample. Once their sample had been analysed they called me to book in treatment.
They were very flexible with the time slot to book in my treatment, so it didn’t interrupt with my work pattern too much.

On treatment day Sari and the team were polite, courteous and dealt with the issue rapidly. Since then I have had no mould return to that wall. I’m beyond happy with the service provided.
100% recommend these guys, which I have done to work colleagues struggling with the same issue.

Sarri and his team at Aidens Mould Removal have been amazing. I had some bad mould from water damage under my kitchen lino, and he carefully contained the area so that the rest of my flat didn't get contaminated and took all the mould away. He does it properly removing mould from source, not like other companies that just 'clean' mould. Then another time, after my flat flooded from a burst pipe Sarri was really helpful with advice on the phone, and then came back and took away the water damaged parts. Again carefully containing the area. His knowledge and expertise for each job has been handled with total care and he keeps you informed with how the process is going, sending photos and updates along the way. I highly recommend this company for any mould related issues.

These guys are amazing. I had suffered from mould-related health issues for a while and I felt very lucky when I found Aidens. Sarri is very knowledgeable about how to remove mould properly, not "clean" it or hide it like most companies do. He also understands the effects mould can have on your health and is very helpful and empathetic. He kept me updated on the progress every single day and explained what needed to be done to remediate and avoid the issue coming back. He knows a lot more about mould remediation than anybody else I have come across in the UK. They did a very thorough, professional job, containing the problem areas and using negative pressure to avoid contamination. I highly recommend their services.
