I have had an amazing experience, from the V30 to the customer service
I ordered a replacement part and received within 5 days with no additional shipping charges.
My son loves his bike, it’s got great battery life for his long rides.

The Movcan V30 Max Electric Bike has been awesome so far. It’s powerful, smooth, and really fun to ride. The battery lasts a long time and the bike feels sturdy and comfortable. Great value for the price and perfect for commuting or just cruising around. Definitely recommend!

I’ve had my Movcan for about 6 months and it has been running smoothly and fast. Recently I had problems with my back wheel, reach out to their customer service and they were able to help. Good experience so far.

I love the bike. It goes very fast and has a great distance. It is built very well and super sharp looking.

Make sure you get the double motor, double battery version of the V30 as it kicks butt!

We bought this for our son for Christmas. Wasn’t really sure which way to go on e-bikes since there are so many brands out there so we decided to go with movcan since he had good power and stylish bike. We bought the V30max. Customer service has been top notch with all my interactions with them. They replied in a timely manner and took care of us.

I am very pleased with Movcan customer service! First let me rave about the product - my daughter talked me into an electric bike and after research I settled on MovCan via Amazon. This is a great bike and runs like a champ!

Now the customer service part - my daughter managed to lose the nut to one of the bolts and her kickstand came loose. I contacted Movcan and they were quick with a response! They are in China, so we exchanged emails but they were "Johnny on the spot" with replies and offered to send me the bolt and nut; I declined as I found a perfect replacement at Alexander's Ace Hardware (67th and 101 Phoenix).

Needless to say I highly recommend MovCan for your electric bike needs.

My MOVCAN V30 pro max is so amazing, I have been looking in this bike for months before buy it, I watch a few YouTube videos and Bace on that I decide to buy it and now am happy to say it’s the best bike, it’s very fast just what I need for work… this bike is very comfortable and handles roads easy💯💯

I like this bike. Its really impressive.

My bike was damaged when I removed it from the box. The rear rim is cracked and bent. It has been 2 days and nobody has responded to me about a replacement. Your phone number does not work either. Someone needs to respond to me with a solution.

I’ve purchased 3 bikes from them so far and they are always fun to ride. If I have an issue I reach out to them and they resolve it professionally. Great company!

Movcan is a great company to deal with for after purchase requests. I have had a very positive experience getting a part I needed and they were very responsive to my questions.

It took to long to come you need an American distributor.

First.... Love my v30 Pro Max.. Absolute unit of an ebike.
Second.... Had issues finding the tracking for a shipment. Said it was delivered days ago from shopify app. I hit up support. They immediately found the correct shipping and sent it to me. Super easy... Within a day, my shipment tracking was back. Fantastic people, fast and ZERO issues from them.

Movcan V60 Pulls around a 200lb adult with ease. Customer service is very good as well.

Only received my battery when I was supposed to receive the full upgrade kit. I contacted the company and they shared that the part are in different packages. Half coming from overseas and the battery from CA. I was not made aware when ordering and not sure how long until I get my upgrade package. Very disappointing.

Ordered the V30. It arrived quickly. After 3 months of use, a warranty claim arose and was handled promptly and the company agreed to ship the replacement part free of charge. Very responsive customer service.

The Movcan v30 ProMax is an absolute beast of an ebike! With 2 Hub motors and 2 20ah batteries, this powerhouse keeps me in motion for the better part of the day. It's all-wheel drive capability gets me right up and over a sand dune with ease, as i live very near the beach. Movcan's support team is world class in both responsiveness and also in how they resolve issues! I only buy Movcan and you should too!
