Everything about our removal was perfect from start to finish. The quote was competitive and gave us confidence that they would care for our home and possessions. We went for the full pack option and they handled everything. On removal day, Ricky and his team were so careful, friendly and emptied the house quickly. It was a long day, but stress-free thanks to them. It was clear to see that they were experienced and their reputation is well deserved.

MOVE IT was recommended by friends & we wlll most certainly recommend them to all our friends.
The removal men were punctual, polite & incredibly helpful, providing us with good advice & a very professional service. All carpets were adequately covered so they remained clean. Everything was unloaded speedily & placed exactly where asked. We couldn't have asked for more.

Brilliant service from start to finish. The girls on the phone,e mail etc responded within minutes to any questions or requests I had. The packaging was delivered within an hour of my requesting it. The man who came to do the quote explained everything clearly.
On the day, the van arrived nice and early and the men couldnt have been more helpful and careful with our things.
We originally got a quote from the company we had used last time we moved, and they were over double what we paid to Move It

We moved home in July and I cannot fault Move It. They did all our packing for us the day before the move, were on time, and the guys worked really hard, I cannot fault them.

From start to finish Move it were fantastic. The scope of works prior, and the online invoice were super efficient and streamlined.
Then we paid extra for the packing service which I was undecided with but SO glad I did it. They arrived 1 day before and packed everything up clearly labelling every box and protecting all items carefully ( we even went out for the day and came back to the house complete and ready to go!)
The move day was easy, arrived on time at 8am and we were packed up in the van by 11:30 all done. I do not know how they loaded the truck up like that but because they used all their own boxes it was packed so well we didn’t lift a finger!
Once we had the keys they had already unloaded our garden furniture in out new garden (arranging it perfectly!) then quickly and efficiently put all our beds / furniture back together and were completely unloaded in 2hrs!
Also the team collected all our empty boxes for recycling once we unpacked a week later.
So I highly recommend Ricky and the Move it team for your move!

All members of the team were friendly and professional in their approach to our move.They arrived on time introduced themselves and took us through how theyy would proceed.All doors and gates were wrapped to protect against damage and all tvs etc were themselves wrapped to protect against damage while being moved. At our destination they unloaded asking where things were to go and saying if we found somthing was in the wrong place to tell them and they would move it. At the end of the day you felt as though you had made new friends with the crew such was their attitude towrda us. I would reccommend this firm to anyone who wants a hassle free moving day.

Brilliant company, can't fault them at all. All the staff were really helpful. Ricky came to give me a quote and I received it the same day by email. On moving day Kevin, Mark and John were really professional, took great care of everything and unloaded safely, put beds together re-connected washing machine. I would highly recommend them. Move It were absolutely great from start to finish of the removals process. I had a complex move and they were so helpful and understanding. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a removal company.

The initial visit by Ricky gave us the impression that Move It were a company we could trust. Although not the cheapest quote we received they certainly earned their money. Packaging materials were very strong and plentiful. On move day, Mick laid down plastic film over all the walkways - and this was still strong enough for our buyers removal company to use. Ricky, Dean and Mark arrived and took over, they left us to "potter around" and removed any anxiety we had about moving from our home of 27 years.

Our home is now in storage with them and we are 100% confident that our experience will be repeated in a few months time.
