Excellent service from start to finish
We used Octagon Removals for our recent move and had a really good experience.
Communication was clear throughout. Pawel was responsive over email and WhatsApp, and everything was organised quickly, including delivery of packing materials the day before the move. This made a big difference in helping us prepare properly.
On the day, Thomas and Bartek arrived on time at 9am as agreed and got straight to work. They were efficient, handled our belongings carefully, and kept everything moving without delays, which was especially important given how time-sensitive moving days can be.
Pricing was transparent with no surprises, and everything matched what had been agreed beforehand.
Overall, a very professional and reliable service. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Very efficient & a pleasure to deal with this company
What a pleasure to deal with such an efficient company.
Everything was explained clearly & the manager visited my daughters property to assess the amount of furniture & contents. 2 vans were arranged & arrived at 8:am as advised. The 3 chaps doing the removal were very pleasant & extremely helpful & patient with my 9 year old grandson who was helping them. The new property is on the 2nd floor with no lift but that wasn't a problem ( we had advised them.of this beforehand)
They were absolutely amazing, treated the contents carefully & I can't thank them & the company enough.

I needed someone to move my house quick, contacted them on a Thursday evening and had people round packing stuff up and moving to my new home on the Monday. They came to Dartford, Kent early in the morning and had everything dismantled and put back up in the new house by 6 the same day. It was a good price for the service they provided, very professional and well mannered. Would highly recommend to anybody needing to move house.

Very pleased with the whole process. Really simple and efficient process to get things booked and quoted, flexible on dates with good availability. And on the day I was amazed how quickly the guys got things loaded (up and down stairs from a flat) - they really knew what they were doing and got things packed safely and neatly including my huge cactus which I wasn't sure was going to make it! This was the fastest and smoothest moving company Ive used. It’s stress free and hassle free for me as I am very pregnant. Ive had quotes from other moving company that charges you per item or per diameter of boxes, but with Octagon everything is included irregardless of type/size/diameter.
