Efficient staff - let down by poor systems

The lady I dealt (Lucie Pett) was really efficient, turning emails around very quickly, and being pragmatic with what was possible since sometimes the exact records requested weren't possible to obtain. Her pragmatism avoided the need for protracted back and forth communications - 5 stars!

The disappointing part of the process was there wasn't a secure portal to upload sensitive data to. The types of information you need to submit are clearly very sensitive documents, and email is an inherently insecure method to transmit them. We got round it in the end, through passwords on documents that had embedded files within them. That protracted and convoluted process would've been completely unnecessary though had the infrastructure been in place to support secure file transfer, in line with GDPR standards, and indeed many of their peers.

Leanne Lane was very helpful and responded quickly and helped me through every step. Thank you for all your help.

We tried to buy a house through this company, it was about to complete and they sneakily continued looking for higher offers while we were in the process of purchasing the property , they pulled out of the sale for a higher offer and left us with fees we felt this was very sneaky and untrustworthy.

We would NEVER recommend this company to anyone - they sent us a one line email to let us know they were now going with the higher offer , as you can imagine how disappointed we were we felt this was disgraceful we are a young family with a 3 month old baby now in the position that our house sale is almost complete and now we have to restart looking for a new house
