The house we were selling was part of probate & I have to say our initial dealings were with Lynne Carr who was always helpful & regular emails were received on the viewings of the house. Once an offer was received Ryan Pascoe was very helpful in getting the best price for the house. Overall a great experience with the team & would highly recommend.

Absolutely shocking - incredibly ruthless and borderline bad behaviour including accepting an offer then publishing it it to encourage more offers and refusing to commit whilst asking for the purchaser to pay out i.e. potentially leaving them out of pocket. Would recommend having a good solicitor if you deal with them.

Wouldn’t waste the time following up on your response. The house sits empty months later despite pressure on rural housing. It’s greed - and would be good if your spelling was correct.
