Great place for all staying in shape needs

I love going to Frame, I have the most fun while getting fit too! All the teachers are so inclusive and helpful, joining Frame is the best decision I’ve made. There’s so much choice and times are brilliant to fit alongside my long work hours. I would recommend Frame to anyone who wants to meet great people have fun and get fit in the meantime!

I never thought I would like going to a class, I hated the gym, preferred running and was used to exercising outdoors - which is quite hard in London! I think I’m now a little bit addicted to Frame - the team are all so lovely and welcoming, the classes are fun and a great workout and even better I can go at lunchtime. I’m also so much fitter and stronger which has improved my running. Love it!

Fab friendly studio with fantastic instructors

Great place, very friendly, amazing classes.

Classes are good, I do wish class sizes were smaller at peak times, sometimes it's hard to move comfortably in class or there isn't enough equipment (especially in lifting classes).
The bathroom/changing facilities are kind of less than great (too small at peak times, not enough loos and cleanliness questionable).
My biggest problem is with the gym kit available if you've forgotten you own t-shirt or something. It's insanely revealing and tight for women while the men get normal t-shirts etc. I had to borrow two tank tops to layer because the first had armholes down to my waist and the second was so lowcut. I'm here to workout, not worry about mishaps because of inappropriate clothing.

I'm generally pretty rubbish when it comes to exercise - unfit, uncoordinated, and not always motivated - and older than the average member, but I always feel really welcome, by reception staff and instructors alike.
In class, the instructors are so encouraging that I no longer care what I look like or whether I can keep up - so long as my heart is pumping, I'm breathing a bit harder than normal and burning those calories they help make me feel as though I have done well.

I absolutely love Frame- the space, the instructors, the philosophy, the classes. If you think exercise should be fun and want to come out of a class feeling better and stronger- this is the place for you! Highly recommend their yoga, rowing, rebounding and boxing classes!

They've always handled any queries efficiently and their number one priority is getting you what you need :)

Frame is an amazing place, all the staff are welcoming and enthusiastic- the teachers and reception. I never feel intimidated and always feel like I’m getting fitter and stronger and more balanced.

This review relates to Frame-Victoria. I love the variety of classes, the instructors and the vibe. The ladies at the reception are always nice. After a year of being a member, I still find the classes interesting and challenging which always makes me look forward to the next class. Overall, I'm very satisfied.
A few suggestions to improve - some times classes get packed and thus people end up lacking the necessary space to perform the different exercises. Frame should therefore consider reducing the number of people admitted in one class. Although the general levels of cleanliness are good, quite often we end up using used towels to clean up the mats. It'd be also good for the floor to be quickly mopped between the different classes as it can get dirty and dusty pretty quickly. Finally, although the facilities and classes are very good overall, I consider the membership way too pricey compared to other studios.

I love the studio and I love the classes. It makes working out so enjoyable and fun
