I have loved every class I’ve taken at Frame. I walk out of class feeling like I’ve been challenged but really proud of what I’ve achieved. I’ve seen marked improvement in my fitness and strength since I started coming to classes, and would recommend the studio to anyone!

I love Frame!! The instructors are gold, so are the FOH staff. Classes are hard but great, pretty much leave sweaty and happy after every trip

Easy online booking, variety of classes (not absolutely packed, either) and friendly instructors and front of house. Works for me!

Frame is such a brilliant concept, all the studios I use are a joy to visit. The reception staff are friendly and helpful, the instructors are inspiring and there is such a great variety of classes I’m never bored.

Best studios in London in my opinion if you want classe only (and I have tried a few). Nice studios, fun and great classes with a huge amount of variety so you never get bored and Frame have the best and nicest staff and instructors. I have been going for years and I definitely can’t see myself going anywhere else to keep fit.

I’ve been going to Frame for nine years, and as many times as I’ve tried other places or thought of switching it up, nothing in London compares. There is something for everyone, and I’ve never been in better shape. I use five of the different locations on a regular basis, so it’s always convenient no matter where you are. The trainers are great and the environment is incredibly friendly and warm - I just love it!

I've been a frame member for a few years, I think it's great, especially if you are not a "gym" person, I've found recently some of the classes haven't been as challenging or varied. I will still attend sometimes but don't think I will be continuing with membership.

Frame offers a great range of classes and enthusiastic teachers who always push the class. Great, friendly staff. I've been going to frame for about 4 years and feel consistently challenged by their offer.

Great service, fun classes

Great choice of classes and friendly staff but some of the instructors don’t correct or pay much attention to form and making sure you’re doing things right. Also some classes are soooo full there is hardly space to move my my frame! Definitely need to have a limit on classes such as boxfit, kettlebells etc

Adding an additional £60 pm for reformer is ridiculous also.

I really love Frame. I have been a member of the Farringdon branch ever since it opened in June 2018 and have been enjoying going to all the classes and have also recommended Frame to lots of friends. I especially love Rebounding (the trampoline class) as well as Reformer Pilates. And big shout out to Emily A - my favourite trainer! She is just amazing, so positive and motivating. I wish wish wish the changing rooms were a tiny bit bigger... otherwise, I love it. Thanks Frame!

I love frame, I’ve always loved classes as opposed to solo workouts in a gym and at frame the small class sizes and regularity of teachers really made me feel like I had personal trainers. The staff are sweet and the facilities are clean, I’d honestly recommend to anyone.

I looooove Frame☺️All of the instructors and the classes are awesome! Love the music and the vibe too! Only two things I would change; 1)paying £120 per month I would love to be able to have more flexibility on the cancellations as things tend to change last minute at my job a lot and is a shame to pay extra for that reason! 2)You guys need to make an app - the website is slow and the UI is not the best.

Always fun, challenging classes - great atmosphere in the gym, and a friendly welcome. A non threatening place to work out!

I have been with Frame for over 7 years. Great studio and amazing instructors!

I generally love Frame - a great selection of classes, decent facilities for the price (when compared to others), enthusiastic instructors and a really welcoming atmosphere.

Recently though I’ve been a bit disappointed that some of the best instructors (most experienced, high energy, technical) have reduced their number of classes or are leaving), and some of the teaching quality is being lost.

I love the cardio/kettlebell/row classes, please keep them on the programme as much as possible!
