I called to check on subscription renewal rates and got through to Nicole Aspinall. She had all the information and answered my question immediately. Having just had the tracker fitted I also had a question regarding the use of the tracker and once again Nicole had all the answers and explained the use of the PIN code and Service Mode. Nicole had all the information and explained it and a very precise and friendly way. She is a star!

Had a call from centre after activation of PIR attached to alarm. Very swift response. Initially came to landline but system wouldnt respond to key press as requested. Then call from a real person on mobile - All sorted.
Had to reinstall app on phone for some reaason. Nowe fully functional.

Our caravan tracker was registered by our dealer but still needed to be authenticated. It couldn’t have been easier. Just a few details and telephone numbers, downloaded the app and away we went. Liam explained everything clearly, including the ongoing subscription fees and offered help should we need it in the future.

Liam in the tech department was very professional and so easy to work with, a pleasure to do business with and not easy as a wire had come loose but again all excellant.

Had a slight problem with my alarm on my camper open a ticket to find the problem was told to ring the tech centre which I did and spoke to Liam Quinn step by step he took me through the process and within a couple of minutes he had the problem solved excellent customer service thank you Liam for your help

Spoke to Liam Quinn to activate the system and all completed within 5 minutes. Working perfectly.

Trying to get hold of someone to speak to about 'Subscriptions' being a new owner of a Product that has been transferred over to me, is like pulling teeth. Not a good start to a Company who seem to have a good rating.
Left voicemail msgs for someone to call, nada.
Sales were not interested, directed me to Option 2, Subscriptions. I do not believe this is related to volume number of calls.
Perhaps someone can actually respond to their voicemail msgs would be a starter for 10.

After selling my motorhome, I wished to transfer the tracker system to the new owner. Nicole answered my call and dealt with all my issues effortlessly. It was an audio call, but she was so nice, I could "hear her smile". The next day the new owner called me to tell me how seamless the transfer was. Moving intelligence is a great tracker system and in the 4 years I've used it, I found the telephone staff wonderful to deal with.

Would definitely recommend this company for their customer service. Liam was very patient and helpful - I don’t have a clue about cars/vans/engines but he talked me through what I needed to do to programme a new fob. Easy for some but not for me 🤣 Thank you so much for your patience Liam!

After speaking to Albany bradley today I had the most pleasant conversation about my tracker. Albany was very helpful and was able to explain to me everything that I asked of her. It was a pleasure to deal with her and made me feel very assured of dealing with moving intelligence as a company
