Arranging to have a tracker fitted
I contacted TrackerTeam today to arrange the installation of a tracker and immobiliser for my car. The administrator was helpful, knowledgeable, and very pleasant throughout. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, making the whole process straightforward and stress-free.

Great service and communication so far
We’ve recently ordered a Ghost vehicle security system and, so far, the service has been excellent.
Jenny Williams has been fantastic—really friendly, knowledgeable, and very clear when explaining how the system works. She took the time to walk us through everything and made sure we understood the next steps, including what to expect with the installation.
It’s refreshing to deal with someone so professional and helpful, and it’s given us real confidence in the product and the company before the installation has even taken place.
Looking forward to getting the system fitted and would definitely recommend based on our experience so far.

Thanks to the tracker team
Thanks to the tracker team, in particular Yas. Query dealt with promptly, but unfortunately we had to have a refund because the Ghost installation was not compatible with our car. However refund offered promptly, so can't fault the service.

No way to contact this company!
There is no way to contact this company. I have tried multiple times to get through to customer care by emailing, calling, and using the online chat. I am trying to get a refund processed to which they have gone silent.
