Late delivery/poor communication
Ordered our new lawnmower in time for next day delivery (Friday 6th March). We were still chasing it the following Wednesday. It was finally delivered the next day. MoWithUs advised that they had had difficulties with delivery attempts but we had to contact them to find this out. Could do better.

We understand your frustration on this matter and apologies your delivery arrived later then expected. I can see there was some delays within the couriers network, which are out of our control.
Regarding the delivery communication, i can see we emailed your tracking information on the 4th March. Unfortunately, all the notifications go straight to the customer so until we get told about any delays, we are unaware of any hold-ups.

Good price & quick delivery for EGO lawnmower. However EGO lm1700e-sp delivered and not lm1702e-sp as website specification/order shows. Doubt there’s much difference; at least I hope not.

The LM1700ESP is the model number for the unit. The '2' in the model number LM1702ESP is the 'kit' part, meaning it includes the battery and charger in the box.
