Winchester Garden Machinery
I found the whole experience of ordering through Winchester garden machinery to be excellent, I phoned them for some advice and a stock enquiry, and the team were extremely helpful and polite . They use DPD couriers so the delivery side of things is also spot on . Can’t fault them and will definitely use them again .

Customer service is second to none
Customer service is second to none! Initially the wrong product was shipped out to me but WGM advised me before it had even been delivered, apologised and said they would send out a replacement. After a little negotiation on how that was going to happen, I received a DPD QR Code for the return and a replacement product arrived the next day. They also kept me advised of what was happening. They arranged all of this in the time it would take most vendors to process an order. Highly recommended, would definitely buy from them again :)

They sent Used blower and charger
I’ve ordered a leaf blower and it’s charger separately, they’ve sent a Used blower a Used charger. Both are secondhand.

Apologies that your order has arrived in an unacceptable condition. This is something we will investigate with both EGO and our warehouse as second hand machinery or ex-demo isn't something we offer.
A new machine has been dispatched today, for delivery tomorrow with DPD, as agreed on email. Hopefully, this resolved the problem for you and we hope we can improve our score with you soon.
