Very impressed. Just received my first order from.MPIX I must say I am 100% satisfied. The picture quality (regular prints) is very nice, the packaging was exceptional, price was very fair and it shipped the same day I placed the order. I will use them again when it comes time to order a few more pics.

It was my first time making a photo book and because I have a background in design I am very picky.
I searched on Reddit for recommendations and after having frustrations with the software on a couple of other competitor sites I decided to try Mpix as Redditors had a lot of good things to say.
This was for a special trip I had gone on 10 years ago and I ordered copies to give to my other family members. It means a lot as one of my family passed away about 6 months ago.
All I can say is WOW. I was surprised at first at how quickly it was processed and thought it was a sign I had picked a shoddy company. Nope! They’re just fast AND good. I had high expectations for the print quality and they met them.
Are they the cheapest? No. Do you get what you pay for? Absolutely. I’m now tempted to make more photo books of my own travels!

I was blown away by the wall art canvas print that was made by Mpix. Not only was it beautiful but it was packed securely, arrived at my door in a few days, and shipping was free. I just couldn't be happier with this order!

I recently tried Mpix for the first time and subsequently placed an additional order. Protons? you may ask---positive, very positive charge. They did an excellent job on the both the giclee and Fuji print materials and completed the orders with effective packaging and timely shipping. You won't have to light a fire under their customer service for friendly attention either. I really like these folks and their good production methods....protons (positively charged), definitely.

Mpix is always my go-to when ordering photo prints. The quality is superior to any other company I've tried. The delivery time from order to getting the prints is very short, which is fantastic. They will also look at my uploaded photos and make suggestions so that I know I will be thrilled with the photos I get.

I ordered three metal prints. Two of them were fine, one of them was not. I contacted customer service and they offered to reprint it with a 30% discount.
I thought they should do it for free, but really wanted the third print I found that 30% was already the discount available on the website so I asked if they would at least do free shipping. They said they could not do that. I attempted to submit a two star review on the link that they provided me, but it would not allow me to submit. Now I know why their website has 4.9 stars as an overall review. They only allow those who are perfectly happy with their services to submit.

Do not order from them. I've ordered many items from them. When something is wrong they will not fix it. I ordered a large print that had a bend in it. Another print had bubbles when mounted on mat board. Instead of replacing it, they threw a discount at me. That's their solution to everything - give you a discount. I will not be ordering anything from them again.

I have been shooting film for two years now. I tried mPix for development as I have relocated and at the time had no ties to local developers. What an absolutely horrible idea. They claim two entire rolls are unable to be processed and that I would receive a refund in 5-7 days, it has been almost three weeks and I have nothing. Aside from that, there are 42 missing shots. I shot on Kodak 200 and Portra 400 with appropriate settings for each film type and shooting situation. They were able to pull up 2 stops on a few that were experimentally under-exposed shots from a wedding reception, and they combined those shots from a roll of Kodak 200 with a complete roll of Portra 400. This would not be a problem except that they are claiming that they only upload complete rolls and that these shots were all taken on the same roll. Of different film. That was purchased three months apart. When I addressed this with them, they initially claimed that I was simply wrong and there was nothing else to be done. When pressed, they dug their feet in and began to claim I shot at a high ISO (which I did not, and they could not even prove so why accuse me of that?) and then began to attack the integrity of my equipment. Claiming equipment failures that never happened. There is a reason they have disabled Google Reviews, and I am strongly considering filing a chargeback with my bank given that they refuse to rectify the situation and prefer to gaslight clients.
Mpix sent me some damaged products and offered me a store credit instead of a replacement. I accepted. But when it came time to use the store credit, they said it only applied to full-priced items, not items that were already on sale on the website. That was a completely new condition that they made up and was not part of what we agreed to. Everyone knows a store credit is a store credit and it can be used on anything in the store whether on sale or not. But this company chose to lose a long-time customer by being petty about this. Photo quality is good, but companies should not be able to get away with nonsense like this and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I am updating this based on the feedback below, which notes that there is a workaround for this checkout limitation. Of course there is. I repeatedly pointed that out to the customer service agents at the time, each time getting a reply from a different person who insisted it was impossible and who had no response to my point that adding a condition on a store credit that was not imposed in the first place is just improper. I do appreciate that now, after submitting this review, you invite me to contact you for a workaround, which, as I suspected, had to have existed. But the defect really is in your customer service process as much as anything else. It shouldn't take me having to communicate multiple times with an agent and be told it's impossible and only get some recourse after posting this review. I've already used the credit, and frankly, it's not about the money. It's disappointment from this longtime customer that MPIX wouldn't, when I needed it to, do a few minimal things it needed.

The adhesive backing is so weak it peels off within hours—every time I re-press it to the wall it slides down overnight. Looks like I’ll need proper mounting hardware to make it stay put.

I ordered a printed and framed image, but ultimately had to cancel my order. My issue was the very callous approach of the team. Not helpful or sensitive to customer needs at all. Their agent made it clear that they didn't care about my business. Wouldn't advise others to use this service.

This company was a great find! My kids’ school photos only let you buy mini wallets if you bought a huge package or add on to a smaller package. We have special k-12 frames for our kids that only allow for a mini wallet. We have no use for printed photos otherwise so I buy the digital copy. Mpix offers minis in a smaller package sheet of 8 for a few dollars! A ton less than any other online print company. They arrived within the week and are perfect. I will continue to use them!
