Noticed some fraudulent charges on my…

Noticed some fraudulent charges on my credit card. They seemed not to care and even went as far to say things like"there is nothing we can do about it" and "we are a small company, we can't fight cybercrime"

They do not seem to care much about securing your personal information, so BE CAREFUL and take this into consideration before giving them your personal information.

To be transparent, they did issue a refund. However, they do not seem to do anything to prevent your information from being stolen, or investigate to prevent it from happening again if it is...

I asked why they did not report it to police or anyone else, and they did not answer....the manager just left me on read until I eventually left the chat..They easily could call police because they are also a victim in this because someone is placing fraudulent orders on their site.

Buyer BEWARE! Take this into consideration before providing them with your information.

The worst

They don’t notify you if your photo will print blurry. Refuse to refund as well. Better off printing at CVS.

Hi Ja C. I apologize for the late reply. I just wanted to let you know that we're sorry you didn't have a great customer experience. Our system will detect the pixel dimensions of your files to help determine what size print you can order. If the resolution does not meet our minimum requirements, the system will not allow you to print some or all sizes. When possible, please try uploading the full resolution originals and keep in mind that texting and social media compress files (lowering their resolution). That said, in the end, it's up to you to decide if you're happy with how the preview looks before ordering. If the preview looked fine and your print arrived blurry, that is certainly something we want to address. I know some time has passed, and I apologize for that. If you'd like me to look into this, please let me know. Thank you.

I have printed holiday cards for…

I have printed holiday cards for several years with Mpix and I've always been happy with them This year I received a product that is subpar, not in focus. When I asked for a reprint, I had to argue with the customer service team for 2 days with the end result of "the only option is to return for full refund". How does your team know whether or not a reprint will be the same as what I already have? You do not have the product, I have the product. From a customer service perspective, you should just reprint as I've asked since you have a 100% guarantee and let me be the judge if it is my image. I am absolutely not happy with the fact that I have been emailing back and forth with customer service and they are unwilling to reprint and they are only willing for me to return the product for refund. The photo in question was taken by a professional photographer. I was planning to send out my holiday cards this week. Thanks for making this already stressful process even more stressful and completely unenjoyable.

Hi Karen. I'm sorry to hear you didn't have a great customer experience, and I apologize this caused additional frustration during an already stressful time of year. That's certainly not what we want to her. I spoke with customer service about your case. They confirmed that after offering a free reprint on a different paper or a full refund if the product was returned, you selected a full refund (which has since been issued).

Bad Product - Worse Customer Service!

Received a print on foamcore that was badly bowed (warped). I was told this can happen in high humidity areas. Really? Coloradi is as dry as it comes! I needed to package and pay for return in order to get reprint. To assume that I would want to get a free (warped) photo is insulting. My LAST order with these clowns. I view my financial loss as tution for lesson learned AND the risk of trying Mpix.

I can assure you that in a situation like this, where a product is defective or damaged upon receipt, we provide a prepaid return shipping label. There should be no cost to you to get a reprint or refund. We would love to look into this and make things right. So much to love about Mpix

I can't decide what I love more about Mpix....the quality of my photos or the quality job they do packing my products. I think I love both! My photos turned out beautifully. I even had a 12×18 photo created and it was perfect. No blurring or pixelation. The shipping was fantastic. Everything was packed individually by photo size and with hard cardboard so no bending from the post office. They were definitely worth the bit extra to develop my photos. Will be using their service again.

Terrible

They state 100% satisfaction guarantee. This is not the case. They only offered me a 50% discount on reordering. Seriously. This is ridiculous. Do not order from here!! Go elsewhere!

I ordered over 100 product variations for a youth sports team. MPix, completed the order in 1 day!! The order arrived with no discrepancies and the color and quality was Beautiful. I won’t go anywhere else for my small business. Thanks MPix

Never again!

I have used Mpix for years – overall with mostly good results – but never again!

Why would the website make me redeem points TWICE to honor the free shipping on an order less than $35? If the first 500 points had actually given me free shipping, I would not have had to apply another 500 points to have it actually work.

I emailed customer service – because you cannot call to talk to a human on the phone. The customer service person’s response began with “I am sorry for the confusion” – as in, sorry for YOUR confusion – followed by a lengthy reason explaining why he didn’t see a need to restore the points. I responded “There is no confusion. I am clear that the website is in error” and reiterated my concerns with the glitch in their website.

“This was not a site error” he retorted. WOW!!! He actually responded again to argue with me about why I am wrong.

This company prefers to fight with the customer rather than do the right thing. Why would the site even let me – inadvertently or otherwise – redeem TWICE the points needed for free shipping, thereby stealing the points I earned from spending so much money with them?

The answer: they do NOT care.

Serious photographers: do yourselves a favor and check out McKenna Pro Imaging. Higher quality, outstanding customer service, and overall less expensive than Mpix.

Terrible quality, terrible customer service

Placed a rather large order of enlarged prints, several to give to family as gifts. The prints arrived looking dingy and dark. They were not underexposed and looked great on the screen when the order was placed. The 3x5s actually looked good, but all of the enlarged prints were a waste of money! Why would pictures of snow in the daytime look gray and blurry?
I emailed with someone from mpix who promised to send out new prints, it's been months now, NO prints. I even ordered to send back the bad ones which now sit in a closet, with the empty frames.
Terrible quality, terrible customer service. Use the trusted sites, mpix is not it.

I ordered several metal prints and upon…

I ordered several metal prints and upon first inspection they looked great.
When they were hung, one had bulges on the area that the mount was placed on the back, like it was pressed in too hard and those corner points came through to the front of the image causing puckers. Another one fell 2 days after being hung, the mount completely fell off.
I was offered a new mount rather than a whole new print. The next day they emailed me that they were reprinting all 3 of my photos.
So while there were quality issues, the customer service is good. Hopefully the replacements are ok.

Prints were low quality

I had very high quality images and I ordered 11x14 prints. The shipping time was incredibly slow. Then, when they arrived, the prints were not clear at all. I’m very disappointed and won’t be ordering from them again.

They resized my image incorrectly and…

They resized my image incorrectly and have a hundred excuses why that's not their fault. They resized based on width not height and cut off my head ... and they didn't notice. They claim I approved it in preview mode but I took a pic with my phone of the preview that was on my PC before I spent $100. They have ignored that. They don't stand behind their product. Will never use them again.

Aweful quality of product

Awful quality of product. Paid more than $200 and it looks at best like a $20 picture printed on cardboard. Quality exceptionally poor.

They are my go to company for printing

I love using them, on a recent order I remembered after I placed an order that I would be going on vacation and was worried about receiving my order that was needed before I leave and I contacted them and they did a onetime overnight shipping which was amazing. The quality and color of photographs were perfect.

Total Nightmare!!!!!

Horribly inexperienced, wanna-be print shop! Save your money and go to Walgreens. What they send you (if they send it at all) will be from an unidentifiable box filled with little pieces of cardboard that will arrive to you with no label, and with your images wrapped like a mummy with non-removable, industrial-strength tape. It you even attempt to unwrap it, it will completely destroy your order. Worst customer service, and professional service in the entire world! NO REFUNDS! .......EVER!! They will just belittle you, degrade, you, insult you, then finally slap you in the face by telling you that "There is nothing that we can do unfortunately. Um, ok, bye!"

I had to file a dispute with my credit card to get refunded from their trash products and filed a complaint with BBB, Consumer Protection Agencies, Google review, and Trustpilot.

BEWARE AT ALL COST!!

Top Notch

I ordered a canvas photo collage for my boyfriend of 50 pictures of his beloved cat who recently passed away, it arrived today. He LOVES it! Not only are the photos of most excellent quality but the wrapping of the canvas on the frame, the finishing job of the backing/wire, the packaging, all just so top-notch. I have never used MPix before, and found them through ChatGPT by asking which company is the best for "Top Online Collage Photo Printing Services" and MPix was one of four, what a great recommendation! I will be using MPix from now on for all my online photo needs.
