I ordered a defender extension cable 50 meters, a week has passed, but I still haven't received my order. They didn't reply to my email asking why I didn't receive my order. I found their website and contacted them via chat. They said that this product was out of stock. They refunded my money and I'm grateful for that, but I'm still angry because I didn't get what I really needed and that no one even contacted me.

You should have been informed much sooner that the Defender extension cable was out of stock, and we apologise that this was only clarified after you contacted us through live chat. We also regret that your earlier email was not responded to — this is not the level of service we aim to provide.
While we’re glad we were able to process your refund, we completely understand your disappointment in not receiving the product you needed. Your feedback is important to us and will be shared with the relevant team to help improve our stock communication and response times going forward.

Very disappointed with the service from…
Very disappointed with the service from MP Moran. I ordered a pair of safety shoes but received a completely mismatched pair. When I contacted them about the issue, they acknowledged the mistake and promised to send the correct replacement.
Unfortunately, the replacement never arrived. Since then I have sent multiple emails trying to follow up, but I haven’t received any replies at all. The lack of communication and failure to resolve such a simple issue is very frustrating.
I expected much better customer service. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend ordering from them.

I ordered a material from MP Moran and needed the delivery to happen fast for an up-coming installation. Csaba (customer service rep) was very informative and helpful. Scam of a company
The package came in good condition, however the item was no longer needed. The return process isn’t as easy as you’d think. (Still going through it). I’ve been trying to create a return for 3 days with 3 days left to return (there’s a countdown), but they won’t send a shipping label. So I called and a support member with attitude told me the return is 10 Great British Pounds. And he insisted I go to a store which is inconvenient as I live far.
Make sure you 100% know you will keep the product. This company is a scam when it comes to returns. Also. Get some new customer service teams.

I believe the gentleman you spoke to has now left the company,
We are investigating into our Returns Portal but our returns portal does not need a label, to return good the goods just need to be taken to your local DPD drop off box and you scan your QR code which then tells DPD to ship goods back,
Any return of goods no longer need there will be a charge for the return of the goods but you should not have been charged as the delivery was delayed,

I purchased some tubs of beeline…
I purchased some tubs of beeline wallpaper paste. One of the tubs was split (looked like the delivery people were heavy handed). I reported it and sent a picture to MP Moran who sent a replacement on a next day delivery.
