All of the 9,5mm plasterboard arrived…
All of the 9,5mm plasterboard arrived damaged. I received one extra board as compensation, but it doesn't help, as all boards need trimming. It seems you read off damaged boards to reduce MP Moran's costs by skipping them, since no customer in the store would choose such ones. Bit of disappointed.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the condition of your plasterboard delivery.
We would like to clearly assure you that we do not supply damaged or dirty goods to any of our customers — whether purchasing online or in-store. The quality of our materials is extremely important to us, and we apply the same standards across all sales channels. The suggestion that damaged boards would be intentionally supplied to reduce costs is not reflective of our company values or operating practices.
Plasterboard is a fragile product and, despite careful handling in our yard and during loading, minor edge damage can sometimes occur during transport. This is never intentional. We provided an additional board to help offset any inconvenience, but we understand your concern if trimming was required across multiple sheets.
We would welcome the opportunity to review this further with you. Please contact us directly with photos and your order details so we can investigate and work toward a satisfactory resolution.

Online Order Issues, need to improve internal systems
Purchased a clearance item online and after five days I hadn't heard anything. I called them and the guy was nice but it turned out the item was already sold. I complained as it was still a current item and asked him to escalate the complaint, no call back. Again a few days pass and I call again in the hope that they were ordering me one in.....sadly no, I was just forgotten about. at this point the item was still on their website to order. Refund finally actioned almost two weeks after initial order. Later I get an email to say a branch had found one but I didn't receive a satisfactory confirmation of condition so decided not to proceed. There are similar reviews to mine on Trustpilot, the company needs to review their internal processes.

We have been very short staffed recently which is why there's has been a delay in response, and the gentleman you were dealing with has now left the company but we are back a full function now,
I'm terribly sorry for the wait in refund this should of been actioned immediately as part of our procedure,
This is being investigated and a complaint was raised but as myself the manager of the department was on paternity leave i had not yet seen your complaint,
