Complete Nightmare
Complete Nightmare! There is no way I would even attempt to order something online if I knew the item would not be in stock. Thats what happened to me. I gave the go ahead for the gas engineer to commence installation as I had paid for the flu and magna clean. Yet in the store they claimed they had no stock. They even sent me to another store claiming that store definately had stock but that was also a complete waste of my time and fuel. Just avoid at all costs.

Have now been waiting 10 days for a…
Have now been waiting 10 days for a quote on a new bathroom from the Watford Store. Sat with a member of the team (Brian) on Monday 19th and went through exactly what we wanted. Was told quote would be with us by Thursday when we had a fitter coming to give us a quote on installation. Have since emailed 3 times and phoned twice to chase and as of today Wednesday 28th still nothing. How can a business expect to survive if they don't respond.

Excellent service
I pass the Kilburn shop regularly and admire the bathroom display, all named suppliers. Excellent service from order to delivery within 12 hrs and I didn’t pay extra for an earlier delivery. Excellent to know if what you want kids urgently required. I will certainly be ordering again.

Made an error on my order
Made an error on my order, had one item as click and collect rather than delivery. They picked up that is was probably a mistake and rang to let me know. This does not happen with many companies i've used over the years, they sent the whole order, arriving acouple of days later. Excellent service, hence the 5 star review. Would use again and again.

Prompt Resolution it an issue
I bought some lights through their website. They arrived quickly but I had an issue with them as they were clearance stock. I contacted MP Moran and sent an e-mail with a picture of the issue. Everything was sorted really quickly and efficiently and resolved exactly as I wanted. It's great to find a company that doesn't just sell and forget, the after sales service when there's an issue is the most important part. I will use them in the future.

Easy ordering, good deals
Website was easy to use to order the item I needed and it was easy to speak to a member of staff to answer a query about delivery charges. (Items that are delivered by courier do not qualify for free delivery)
Item arrived fairly quickly, but not as quickly as we had been told, but it was well packaged and was undamaged.
