Having not received my order so i…
Having not received my order so i chased them up and was told after investigation that my order was damaged in transit and was sent back. They could not send out a replacement due to courier disagreement so i was asked would i wanted to do, i did not have an option but to request a refund

The reason this is the price for pallet courier is due to location and goods purchased, as we cannot send them via a normal courier or our internal fleet,

B/BB grade structural hardwood ply good value!
I ordered 8 sheets of hardwood plywood, which were delivered promptly.
The plywood was advertised as B/BB grade for the faces. To be honest, in some instances both faces were really similar, so I had a bit of a challenge picking the better face!

Customer service
Ben was amazing and fabulous customer service, but sadly when I had not ordered the bath legs, I rang and spoke to his colleague who was rude and said it was not his job to recommend legs for bath. I was very confused and spoke to my builder who said they was not correct. I went to your website and there were a recommended set of legs which I subsequently bought. Just awful this man was so incredibly rude to the point of shouts on the phone. As I said Ben was fabulous though

We cannot advise what items need to be purchased to do a job this has to be recommended by your tradesman, as your tradesman will make sure your ordering the correct products, we are just the online team and we do not have the credentials nor the trades experience to be able to advise accurately but it was recommended that we can pass yourself to one of our trades counters to get the correct item selected but you did not want to do this,
I am very glad to hear you had excellent service from my colleague Ben and I have reviewed the phone call and it was never said that it was not our job, it was advised that we cannot specify what parts to order for a Job you are having done and that you'd need to speak with your Tradesman, I apologise if this wasn't explained clearly to yourself,

Good merchant - bad delivery
MP Moran is great, stuff is friendly. Sadly at the time of my purchase they were using Yodel which is probably the worst delivery company in the world. That's the only reason for 1-star deduction.
Given how much of a headache Yodel caused me with my purchase from MP (item with value over £500), I should deduct probably more, but I won't do it.
Hopefully they'll use more reliable companies in the future.

Disappointed collection …
I ordered a shower tray for collection on Watford, after arriving there, the item was out of stock so I had to go to Willesden. After collecting the shower tray in Willesden the item was dirty with birds excrements and moisture, packaging was also broken and full of dust…
