Terrible experience. Took 4 weeks to arrive, wrong trainers were sent, I've been trying to make a return for 2 months now and not getting a response!

Got my shoes wasn’t certain if they where authentic and they failed a authenticity check and was the wrong size wanted to submit a return but haven’t got a reply and has now been 3 weeks

Same as other reviewers customer service is appalling. Received a faulty item which took over a month to arrive and have been trying for a week now to confirm it can be returned and to action review. Over 10 messages sent via chat, email and Instagram and not had one reply. On their website it states they strive to give the BEST customer service…what a joke.

Customer service time is absolutely appalling, it's been over a week now since i received my old season navy blue tech fleece. I ordered a Size Medium hoodie and Size Large Joggers, however when the order arrived i came to see that i had received a size medium in the joggers instead. So i contacted them via email and instagram, it has been a full week now since i have received my order and no replies or information on getting a refund/return or exchange. This is very disappointing due to the fact i have bought shoes from here multiple times and the customer service used to be excellent. I will have to contact my bank about receiving a refund as i have received no replies still whatsoever (they have read my messages).

I ordered a TrapStar shorts and Tee set for my sons birthday back in June, I had to chase the order as it hadn't arrived after the 21 days and when it did eventually arrive (approx 4.5 weeks later) They had sent me a size small when I had ordered a size XS which meant the set was too large for my son. I have tried to contact the company via - Email (4 times), Instagram and through their website but as yet have had no response to any message. All i want is the right items to be sent and want to return the wrongly delivered items but as you need to contact the supplier to get return details this is really frustrating. just in case Mr Dripzone do read this review my order number was 3493. maybe they will respond???

We ordered Jordan 4 Military Black in early August. When the order didn't ship in line with promised delivery date we got concerned and contacted the company.

We got response suggesting the order might delay by couple of days. When the extended time limit was due we tried to contact the company again. Despite 4 emails and 1 instagram message we got no response. After our 5th email we finally received tracking number and the parcel with the shoes.

We are pleased with the order but very disappointed with the service.

The review is a result of poor customer service experience, ie. lack of responding to enquiries. I hope you manage to improve this part of your service as this is very unpleasant experience.

ordered a pair of Yeezy 700 on the 9th August with an estimated delivery date between the 15th & 17th August, however once the order was placed the email then stated it would be 7-9 working days.
The trainers still didn’t arrive with in that time frame and when they did they were not even the the ones we had ordered.
Since then I have had no reply’s to any emails sent and now we have found out the trainers we have received are fake anyway!!! Will have be reporting this company to trading standards and contacting my bank to see if they can help me try to get my money back.

I’ve ordered loads of items for me and my mates and all items are 100% authentic and pass all legit check apps. Thank you so much, they always get me a discount too!

100% fake items eventually received, and you will not get a reply from them, they will only reply to fresh emails asking about there items when you are buying, impossible to contact when it’s too late, check companies house 3 China men registered, it’s a complete con, Do not be fooled

I have sent several emails and messages through all the contact info you have and all are ignored, inc the email you did reply to before purchase, i then sent message from a different email showing interest in your items, and bingo get a reply straight away, your customer service is shocking seems you get your money and hide away. Had you replied like a responsible company all this could have been avoided. The items are fake, no tags shocking presentation and packaging, and you say return address on shipping label is non existent. Really!!

Ordered some Trapstar and Jordans on Sunday they came first thing on the Tuesday morning, spoke to MrDripZone through instagram and communication was great and he replied instantly. Also got a cheeky discount, will definitely use again. Items were all brand new and 100% authentic. 10/10 service.

Last November I ordered a trapstar irongate jacket it came in 7 days,great quality and fit I also ordered a tracksuit from TRAPSTAR london at around the same time its now March and no tracksuits arrived, luckily got refund from bank and grandson will be spending it at
