Very poor refurbishment for premium prices
Thought I was getting a premium refurbished iPhone 12. Screen colours were clearly not right from the start. The screen then stopped working and when the repair shop opened it, there were parts missing - 2 shields and there had been damp ingress - I hadn’t got the phone wet ever.
This is no premium refurbished seller - poor quality parts and parts missing!
I will not be using them again

Brought mac book pro, went through the set up and no profile created, thus could not log into the machine.
raised online form, no response, tried calling thier customer service number, and its not manned. Literally their customer service is non existent.
I will be sending my machine back, and cancelling the order all together.
Do not buy from this company, it is truly painful.

Would have been 5 stars as I’ve bought from him before & he used to include original Apple box but not this time. Also paid for a certain case but sent me the cheaper one. Have been in contact re this but no reply.
Otherwise a very trusted seller having done business before.
