I was in the shop in Waterford city the other day and a young lad named luke was lovely a great help and great attitude towards customers very child friendly I had my 3 year old and my 6 week old and he was great with them he has great personality towards customers and great patience towards young kids and such a caring young lad

Was in the Gorey store a few times and everytime I’ve went in I’ve had nothing but brilliant service especially from the manager Daisy she’s very helpful

I was in Mr.Price last week and it was my first time being in the shop as im not from Waterford but I asked one of the staff members for help and a girl named Kasia came up and asked me if I’m okay with a smile on her face. I asked her where a few of the things I was looking for were and she was happy to show me where all the products were. I will definitely be coming back to the shop again as kasia was so kind and helpful.

I was in Gorey mr price and the duty manager Shannon was very helpful when needed

I absolutely adore this shop, everything at great prices and the staff are so wonderful.
I would like to take this time to say a HUGE thank you to the staff member and security guard for helping straight away when I lost my purse in the Mullingar branch, you were amazing and your Manager should be highly proud of your staff members.

Shopping with them is easy, but boy oh boy, delivery is something else!
The couriers they use are useless at best.
Delivery dates come and go & when you query, it's nothing but excuses.
Shop in person. Save yourself the hassle.

I was in the tralee store today and the girl that served me was very helpful,her name was fiona she guided me as to what balloons to get and made my job much easier.

Shane was super helpful giving me directions un the shop for the stuff I need great energy and good attitude

Bruna was really helpful and kind while i was in the shop and i like how she was active in her work

Have ordered few items through online. In the package description is different when I try to return few items we have pay the return delivery charge which costs more than the return products value. Also they sending the products about to expire.
Dissatisfied with the experience. Never order again

The management and some of the staff members of this branch have behaved utterly unacceptable towards my young son and myself today. After the misunderstanding and false alarm about a certain issue I thought had happened at the store floor and trying to do the right thing, they have accused us of shoplifting, and never issued an apology after they couldn't prove of any of their accusations! This caused us a great amount of stress and was a completely humiliating process, especially because something like this has never happened to me before. My advice is to avoid this place at every cost!

Mr Price Ballinasloe, was in there recently and due to the large size of shop and all the many aisles, i asked an assistant what aisle i may find baby wipes, she just turned and said 'no english'!! I then asked another assistant and got the same answer again 'no english'. Why on earth is there nobody in that store that speaks english? I just walked out, will not be returning! Where is your customer service, and why have staff on the floor who does not understand what their customer's needs are and can not communicate with them? Mind boggling!!

Popped into their Athlone store and couldn't believe how big the place was. Lots of range and prices are reasonable. Did notice that some of the food items had short Best Before dates. Staff were helpful and polite.

Ordered balloons for a surprise 70th from Mr Price Kingsmeadow, Waterford recently. First I spoke to Paula & Michael who helped me decide on the layout of design. I went in on the Thurs the day before party to firm up on order. I dealt with Susan then who went up and beyond to help me. She helped with layout and advised I bring in large plastic bags on day of collection to keep the 8 bundles separate to prevent the ties from knotting together. I would never have thought of this. It was ingenious!. On delivery to party venue they were so easy to place on tables. I had a little panic with the 7 & 0 balloons as they appeared to deflate. I phoned Mr Price and spoke to Susan who put my mind at ease & advised this was due to the cold.
They would reinflate when the room heated up. And reinflate they did. Thank you sooooo much Susan.
I have dealt with Susan on numerous occasions when shopping at Mr Price and I cannot commend her friendly helpful attitude highly enough. A gem for your store so make sure to hold on to her. Makes shopping at Mr Price and absolute pleasure. Thanks again Susan for all your help 😃.

Mr Price is one.of those shops when you go in you come out with more than you expected. Amazing shop so much variety for house, school, animal etc very reasonable prices
