Good quality speedy delivery

After loving the quality of the Luytchens bench I got from you and seeing the matching table had reduction of £70 I ordered it.
It was delivered within couple of days & I love it. I recommend it to a friend & she ordered one.

The extra thick benches are amazing ly good quality.
But,
The instructions are not quite detailed enough as I got the seat part back to front as there was no indication which way it went?

On opening the box the smell of mould was strong and a feeling of dismay when I saw mould on both benches.
On phoning Mr Teak I was advised to wash with soapy water and it did clear most of it up. Would have been nice to possibly expect it and what to do if found?

I have now oiled them and they look amazing👍

I waited 2 months for my delivery and not once did I receive an email letting me know there was a delay. When I ordered my bench the website stated delivery end of July. I took delivery 13 September! I had to email constantly chasing my order and enquire about delivery, everytime I enquired I was told the container had been delayed. Good customer care is keeping a customer informed of delays of products, not the customer having to chase constantly.

First class product, absolute quality, wished Id bought this years ago.

Very happy with the product (garden bench). Less happy in delivery when, having taken the day off work I called to find it was going to be delayed another 4 days. This should not happen. they did apologise and sent a free table by way of apology.

Excellent product and price, carefully delivered and easy to assemble for anyone who has ever dealt with a Lego kit! Follow the instructions carefully and it's easy. Only tools needed are a Philips screwdriver and a suitable mallet.
VERY pleased with our new bench.

The bench is lovely and the delivery fine, but the after sales is pretty poor. We were one dowel short (not our fault). I wrote twice asking for another dowel to complete the job, but got no reply.
UPDATE: dowel received and apology too. Many thanks!

Can't remember the ladies name who i dealt with but she was wonderful, very helpful and caring too. I ordered a bench in June and I waited ages so I called for the 3rd time and was told by the same lovely lady it wasn't in the 4 carriers thst were delivered so I chose another one and was given a complimentary cover which was a lovely gesture and this one arrived super quick. Beautiful bench would definitely shop with Mr Teak again. Sorry I have forgotten the lady's name but im sure if you checked your call log you would know who it was. Thanks again to all

Garden furniture was delivered fully assembled. The double chair and table affixed together is well made and looks beautiful.
Only downside with company was delivery date. We booked early in April for a June delivery. Finally arrived in August and we had to do the chasing to find out where our furniture was.

I bought 2 Bleinheim water stained armchairs which were reduced. I had been looking for a couple of wooden armchairs for the garden and the reduced price was very good so I thought I would take a chance, I’m so glad I did.
I tried and failed to put one of them together but it was me not the chair (!) as a friend managed to assemble them both in under 30 minutes.
They look good (the water staining is minimal) and even came with a green seat cushion which isn’t mentioned in the description.
So thank you Mr Teak 😊

Good product and very satisfied with it.

Delivery was much later than expected. Ordered in March for delivery in June but ended up ready for delivery at end of July due to shipping problems.

However, although I guess I knew it was being delivered on a pallet, I had no idea how big the pallet would be. It was a kerbside delivery and the pallet was too big to go through my oversized garden gate. It was also about two metres high. My neighbour thought I had ordered a gallows.

The morale of the story is watch the Mr Teak video and be prepared to dismantle a very large pallet and dispose of it but I didn't think this was reasonable for a domestic delivery.
