Hi Gabriel,
This is unfortunate and we are sorry for the inconvenience.
While we understand your frustration for receiving the wrong colour shorts, it was disappointing to see the information here first as this was not brought to our attention directly. We can address this for you so you don’t get left with the wrong colour shorts.
We have sent you an email with a proposed way to get you what you originally ordered, quickly.
Customer satisfaction is paramount for us and we are confident we can get this resolved to your liking.
Best,
The Muay Thailand Team

Hi Dzhuneyt,
We ship a minority of products from the UK but the vast majority are shipped from Thailand. Including all those you purchased. On each item’s page we specify where it is shipped from and state throughout our terms that most items are shipped from Thailand.
Appreciate this is frustrating but we have no control over customs, fees and taxes. All customs, fees and taxes are not included in our rates and are the customer’s sole responsibility. We try our best to make this clear at the product, checkout and FAQ level.
Based on our understanding, importing into Sweden from the UK is subject to very similar levels of customs, tax and duties as from Thailand. So the invoice you got would have been very similar as its from the Swedish authorities, not us.
Thanks for your business nonetheless
Best,
The Muay Thailand team
