Jar was popped open when received, kept expanding and popping the seal. product couldn’t be used and was a strong rotten, fermentation smell

All 4 jars arrived smashed they wasnt put in safe packaging and when my mum opened it she cut her wrist badly

Delivered on time and this product works perfectly for me and I look forward to ordering more of it soon.

I was very impressed with the size of the sea moss portion. I enjoyed the flavour. The delivery was also very quick.

Purchased this item. Received it on the 5th April. It expired on the 26th April. How do you get through 580g of product in such a short time? It should last at least 1 month. No adequate customer service. No option to refund or replace. Aggressive and unmannerly. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

I ordered this after watching the testimony on TIKTOK as I resonated with her story, I ordered it and it was delivered the next day which was great, the jar sizes were bigger than I thought they would be which is also good value for money, I've been taking it for just over a week consistently now and honestly I'm noticing a difference in my energy levels for sure, bloating, digestion issues are getting better, and inflammation as I have arthritis in my ankles and it seems to be helping! I've had other seamosses before, and i don't feel they have been very good for various reasons, but this one im already feeling the benefits so I will continue taking mumsmoss as I trust it 🤍✨️

Delivery really quick, been taking my mum's moss faithfully every morning and night wouldn't say it was the nicest taste but not the worse ,I have felt like l've had some energy something I haven't had for a while I will stick with it .

Two genuine lovely ladies who prepare the products on the spot. Very happy with all they do . Friendly , fresh , vibrant , and flavoursome I’m yet to venture out to try other flavours but so far ginger and turmeric are winning. One small ask is if they will ever do sample jars ? So we can purchase smaller flavours to test

I’m not one to complain but I was really upset with this product I had really high expectations I followed the guidelines by keeping it in the fridge, I opened the order the same day I received it and used it everyday for 3 days by the 4th day it started smelling awful I only took it out of the fridge to put it in my water and it went straight back. The smell was so awful and the taste started to change so Im no longer using it because I think it’s off. I don’t know what’s gone on here but now I feel like I wasted my money

OMG black seed oil, spirulina and moringa moss smells soooooo bad, but that combination is the best who would have thought!!! I never finish anything and I was frantically scraping the jar to get the last remains, new order on its way😊
