This product is a very easy consistency to use and I’ve seen improvements in my metabolism since taking a spoonful a day. It’s also been easy to pop into smoothies. Thank you again!

My mum recently bought some of this seamoss the favour was really nice and is best to take one a day apparently but its not bad I thought it was going to be but it’s quite good
