NO RETURN POLICY AND DONT ADVERTISE THE FACT YOUR BUYING FROM CHINA!!
Ordered some trainers decided to cancel as wrong size, contacted them a week before they where meant to be posted to cancel! They refused and they arrived two weeks later as they unbeknown to me from China !!! They have arrived and have now had to take photos of them to prove they are as new and offered either a 45% discount off another pair or a 15% discount 🤔 They have NO return link and will not refund the cost tracked which is half of the £56.00 i paid .....What a shower of con people so please BEAWARE of this company who are a disgrace and should not be allowed to sell on any Website!!

Definitely worth it!
Ordered the Looply backpack and was impressed by the build quality. The material is strong, the USB port is super handy, and the shipping was incredibly fast. Definitely worth it!

Don’t order from this company
I ordered an Oktoberfest costume on 5th October that was needed for an event the following week. Only after I’d placed the order did it say it would take more than 2 weeks to arrive. I immediately emailed them to cancel the order but was told it had already been processed. It finally arrived on 21st October, far too late. I asked for a full refund. They offered me 45% off a future order or a 15% refund and I could keep the item. They told me it would take several weeks to process a refund and I would need to pay the shipping costs which it turns out would be nearly half the cost of the item.

As others have said, they are scammers. I bought a tracksuit. Tried it on then repackaged it. It didn't fit and was poor quality.
After emailing them regarding the returns process, they told me I could either have a 45% credit towards a different product or a 15% refund and keep the product.
I've raised a dispute with my bank. Please avoid them.
After replying to yet more emails offering me the odd partial discounts, I have compared the two images ie the product they advertised and the product I received. They are clearly not the same product.
Uk law states:
You are legally entitled to a full refund for clothes that do not match the image because they are not "as described".
The person at their end is still trying to avoid a refund by stating that Munawear have their own policies which apparently supplant UK retail legislation.
SCAMMERS. PLEASE AVOID.

Loved It!
I found EverTrail trekking poles to be exactly what I needed. They're durable enough for rocky terrain but still light enough that I hardly notice carrying them. The handles feel comfortable, and they've held up really well through several hikes already.

Extremely disappointed and angry with this company, over five weeks ago I paid £50 for trekking poles, they ‘lost’ my first order, tracking didn’t update, two weeks ago I emailed them and explained I need the poles for a holiday coming up so I needed my money back but they said no and just send a new set of poles assuring me they would arrive quickly, they never arrived either! This website is a massive scam.
update, it’s been over a month and I have reached out to to support team three times for my money back, the tracking hasn’t updated and instead of being giving a refund I’m just being told to wait. I’ll be raising this with my bank

I ordered a dirndl- it didn't fit. I tried to return it with the very frustrating (likely AI) email service. They give so many excuses for why they can't refund me- 'it's bad for the environment to do returns, so take this 30% in-store discount or 15% direct refund'. They are thieves.

I ordered a 5XL coat I waited 3weeks when I rang to see where my item was as I had not received it they couldn’t give me an answer they reordered the item it took another2 weeks to finally take delivery to then find out that there sizing is wrong as the 5XL was to small I was at this point completely fed up and was going to send the item back but the process of returning was just another load of hassle so it’s in a cupboard still in its original packaging taking up space and survives as a reminder to always do more research before trusting an online company

Scam site. It’s really Temu goods
Ordered trainers paid express delivery and they took over a month. They were £40 each, turned up different to what’s on the website. They were actually £6 shoes from Temu. This site is a scam site. They are asking me to return them to some Moldovan charity or have a discount. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE

They're lightweight and comfortable!
I ordered Liam breathable mesh running shoes for a hiking trip. They're lightweight, comfortable, and provide excellent grip on rocky trails. The design is modern, and they dried rapidly after crossing the creek.

Jumpsuit Return
I bought an item from this company going by the measure they gave in the website but the item ended up being too big. I tried to return they gave me the run around telling me to send the item from UK to Moldova Ukraine Salvation Army. This is a new item if you would like to send items somewhere else you can do it yourselves but not relying on customer to paid that. Basically they don’t want to give you refunds- STAY CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A CON
