The entering was welcomed. The Teller was full of smiles and had a bubbling personality. He was very polite and very friendly. He was just so kind.

Millicent Shaw is amazing!
Millicent Shaw made the process so very easy, was kind, patient, and knowledgeable! I can’t stand buying a vehicle and she made it so pleasurable! Will definitely use her in the future!

Customer service was very good
Customer service was very good. I had to wait a while in the lobby for assistance, but the manager came out and answered all my questions so I opened an account also opened a safe deposit box.

When I needed help resetting my Mutual banking app
When I needed my Mutual banking app password to be reset, the representative assisting me was courteous, patient, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the process. I appreciated the representative for allowing my wife to assist in the process who mostly manages my affairs. The wait time was not long over the phone and the process was completed in just a few minutes.

Everyone was really patience with me and went above and beyond to help me and make sure I understood what was happening. It was my first time ever trying to refinance anything before and I wasn't treated like any of my questions were silly. There is no way I can express how much I appreciate that. Christie is an absolute sweet heart and I would recommend her to anyone I meet with similar problems.
