I was a bit nervous starting an account…
I was a bit nervous starting an account with the credit union only because I was afraid to get a "not approved". The process was quick easy and Jazmine really understood that I wasnt sure about some things and not once did she get frustrated with me asking so many questions. I was able to go into the branch (which i love) to get my debit card and there was absolutely no wait!! I look forward to building a healthy credit relationship with you all!!!

I was denied because if my credit score,if you would had carefully reviewed my credit profile you would have seen that my credit score was down because of credit card use, that was the purpose of the loan to pay off my credit card
