My loan officer was absolutely wonderful. She had less than a hour before her lunch break when I walked into her office. Needless to say a hour and a half later this young lady was still just as courteous and when I first arrived. I was greeted with a warm smile and very professional attitude. I would have no problem recommending Mutual Credit Union to my family and friends

Mutual credit union. Charles at Ext 1251 . He literally called me a liar, told me to shut up that I was a liar and not someone he wanted have associated with them ! Yes my truck got repo but I was making payments to catch up and on their word had 30 to do so ! But they repo me , I pd repo fee and the $200 left on my past due account, the repo company stole $500 out of my truck ! Yes stole it . Charles tell me I’m a liar to shut up there was no way I had $500 in truck for them to steal ! He proceeds to threaten me with not returning my truck after I had pd ! Then repo company watched video seen their driver take the money out of my truck ! Repo company apologized repeatedly returned my money and refunded the storage fee , repo called Charles at Ext 1251 and explained I wasn’t lying , I was being honest and had cooperated nicely , Charles then speaks to me to say I guess you wasn’t wrong , don’t be late or I will repo again ! Charles sir my truck was in shop for over 2 months , yes I work 75 hrs a week yes I hit a tough spot on cost of fixing truck , but I did let you know and I was making payments to get back up to date , yes Charles not all people are liars !!! You sir do not have any right to speak to anyone the way you spoke and yelled at me! And I was doing the right thing , I was making payments, hitting a tough spot in life doesn’t make someone who is trying a liar… not everyone is bad in life , before you yell and judge and accuse look at the facts before you sir !!! I accepted the repo apologies, and the guy was fired for stealing my money that You MR Charles said I couldn’t have nor didn’t have !!!

Simple, easy to use. Setup the account online and they were great at verifying everything.
