I loved this initially as my little boy would only take a hot bottle. However after 4 months it stopped working! I contacted the company 3 xs both via email and their chat function- no response ever!
Happy to take my money but won’t deal with issues! Disappointed!

Mega blij met deze flessenopwarmer! Heb hem gekocht voor vakantie en moest het vrij last minute hebben. Ben heel goed geholpen telefonisch om het met spoed te bestellen en was precies op tijd binnen zoals ze aangaven.
We nemen hem nu altijd mee als we de deur uit gaan.
Display begon na 4 maanden slechter te werken dus heb hier een mail over gestuurd. Ze hebben direct een nieuwe opgestuurd zonder gedoe! En we hebben meteen de nieuwere versie gekregen. Heel fijn deze vriendelijke service. Raad dit product aan iedereen aan die een kleine heeft.
Wij gebruiken Avent flesjes en deze passen zonder tussenstuk direct op de opwarmer.

Oplichters,
Flessenwarmer pro besteld, na een hoop heen en weer mailen, eindelijk ontvangen, wel opeens in 1 dag geleverd.
Het apparaat werkt niet naar het zin en wil het retour zenden, geven ze een link die niet werkt. Na herhaaldelijk mailen, een mail terug dat er een geen mail beantwoord kan worden. Oplichterij, geen telefoonnummer te vinden. Kan nu dus niets retour zenden. Koop niets bij deze firma

Geweldig product! Super handig in gebruik en echt niet groot!
Had eerst wat kleine problemen met bambini contact opgenomen met de klanten service en meteen een vervang toestel gekregen zonder problemen!

Love it! It’s so easy when you’re travelling, in a restaurant, visiting family/friends and even in the car.
It takes about 3 min to heat, but you can heat in advance and it’ll stay warm.
I lost the sealing ring (it prevents from leaking), but after contacting I received an other sealing ring.
This bottle warmer is recommended

I love the product, I express breast milk so it is great and handy to have to warm up chilled breast milk. I accidentally ordered the wrong adapter but Daniel sorted it out quite fast.

Nice fantastic sollution for on the road with our baby girl.

It works fine and easy. and if there are problems with the product (i had unfortunate, what can happen) the aftersales are good and friendly.

A fast sollution was offered for me and friendly contact for sure with daniel..Nothing to complain about.

I bought this for my baby who is 15 weeks old, I take it everywhere I go, I can even take it on a plane. It heats my baby's milk in about 10-12 minutes, I absolutely love it.

How does this company have 3 stars from 2 such terrible reviews? Anywho… my story is pretty similar.

Bought this when my baby was a few weeks old, it worked out of the box albeit slow. The instructions say it will take 10 mins which contradicts the online marketing but I wasn’t too fussed as I had only planned to use it when going out.

I plugged it in overnight then put it into my bag and headed out the door, but found out later it had not charged. Luckily I was at a cafe and asked them for hot water. Thinking the cable must’ve been loose, I tried again. And again. Using different cables and different outlets, with power adaptors and without.

Finally naively still thinking this a mistake and my unit must be faulty, I emailed them about my options - either replacement or refund - and was led down a convoluted conversation about voltages and amperes. I told them I did not use a fast charger but was ignored and they insisted I was somehow charging it wrong.

Frustrated I told them I no longer want a replacement and requested a refund but will not pay for postage to return it so they have to send me a prepaid envelop. Reading the previous review I now don’t hold much hope for that happening.

I did google trustpilot reviews before purchasing but it did not return any results. Took a while for me to find this page. I can’t remember exactly how much this cost think £60, but will accept it is a fee for a lesson learnt!

I have reverted to carrying hot water and advise you to do the same if you are thinking of purchasing this sham.

The bottle warmer is rubbish and rude service
The bottle warmer is rubbish, it takes 20 mins to warm your milk up. And than it stops working. Delivery took 2 weeks. Tried to get a refund since I was in my 28 day window and the item stopped charging and I was told I have to send the item back to the Netherlands, pay for postage, let them test the item, if the item is considered “faulty” in their companies view than they will give your money back. Is this a joke? Pretty sure this is against my rights as a consumer. The advisors are rude and obnoxious. Don’t fall for their pretty Instagram page.
