Really poor experience when making a…
Really poor experience when making a purchase.
I purchased a dress and the item was confirmed at a DPD pick up point for collection. When I went to the pick up point to collect it, the item was advised by the shop as not there. I insisted and insisted that they look for it and no parcel was found.
I contacted My Best Friend’s Wardrobe for assistance. Despite the money having left my account and no parcel in my hands I have to wait an undefined period of time for a refund or update.

We have looked into the delivery of your package and the following has happened:
We sent the item the day your order was placed. And the delivery address was changed at this point (for a pickup point) at this time:
You requested a pickup delivery.

We are aware as you spoke to one of our customer care team on Friday afternoon, as DPD hadn't delivered the parcel to the correct location. Unfortunately this is out of our control.
I can see as of 14:00hrs on Monday 12th August the item is now delivered and waiting for you to collect it.
Of course if DPD have lost the item, we would as a priority refund you.

Great helpful customer service. I had been bought a dress which didn’t quite suit me. I received helpful advice and exchanged the dress for a much more suitable one for myself.

We contacted you and refunded your duty costs as there was an error with our shipping handler, they should not have charged you the customs duty.
We have also spoken to you about the issues you might have had with the garments, and established that there was no actual issues with what we sent you.

Gorgeous dress
Saw the dress on Instagram and ordered it thinking I can send it back if it’s rubbish! Well it arrived quickly and wow it’s gorgeous! I’m off to Ibiza too so will do my own Ibiza edit!
