Thank you, Maria, for your help troubleshooting and getting me a replacement when my Buddy Tag stopped working. I appreciate your patience and follow through. My little one likes her "bracelet" and is able to use the panic button so I am glad to have this useful device.

Didn’t work at all at Disney
Tried at home in the U.K., worked fine. Got to the USA, at Disney. Alarm didn’t go off once all day despite other parent walking off with child repeatedly. Complete waste of money!!!

Buddytag may not fit all rests
I like the buddy tag, but I have to make an extra hole in the tag to get it to fit my little , he has autism and is nonverbal . he is also a runner / wonder. I live the improvements done to the app. the visual of where the child is is better . have not used the alarm yet since improvement so not sure if anything changed there . alarm would go off randomly even when child was very close . please keep improving . thank you

I bought 4 of them. Tried them 3 different times. They alarmed when they shouldn’t and didn’t alarm when they should have. Totally unreliable! I returned them and would never recommend them.

I have 4 kids so I bought 4 not knowing what to expect! But honestly I’m Beyond grateful that I did they’ve been such a blessing and a sigh of relief in my our home with my husband being military he is gone a lot and that leaves me alone with 4 littles to take care of! Beyond thankful for the buddy tag ❤️

I am a case worker and work with children and families. I have been using this product and children and families have said that it is amazing and works great. It gives them "peace of mind".

Tweak this idea?
This item iworks perfectly for the children I purchased them for, but needs tweaking. The wrist bands are larger than the 2 and 3 year olds for whom they were purchased. We talked about designing a pocket or pouch that can be affixed to the back of their clothing with Velcro or snaps. The younger child tries to remove the wristband constantly so the pouch would benefit him immensely.

Thank you for the feedback on the My Buddy Tag! We have the Velcro wristband as an option, it can be looped through a belt loop or through a child's shoelaces. The tag itself can also be taken out of the wristband, and a shoelace can be looped through the hole in the tag. It's cute and durable but the range is…
It's cute and durable but the range is awful I bought it because my son is school age and the school is about a 4 min drive and it doesn't even cover from upstairs to down stairs in my house I thought it would have range but it doesn't only works when my son is sitting right next to me :( that was disappointing.

The My Buddy Tag uses Bluetooth signal to connect to your phone so the maximum range your child can be away from you prior to triggering the alarm is about 80-100 feet. Once your child is out of this range you will receive an alert and you will not be able to track him.

Cuando use por primera vez my boddy quede enamorada fue una erramienta super util a la hora de ir a los centros comerciales, parque, zoo o playa no saliamos de casa sin el pero cuando se acabo la bateria y solicite el remplazo las cosas fueron muy diferentes pues la nueva etiqueta dejo de funcionar a los dias enviaron una nueva y tambien dejo de funcionar no pudimos conectarlos por ningun medio mi esposo y yo decidimos abrir la etiqueta y estaban completamente sulfatadas por dentro el sello a prueba de agua fallo en ambas etiquetas

This item worked less than 30 days. It sends off false alarms constantly. It only notifies you when your child is so many feet away from your phone. It does not help you locate them. Poor choice.

Thank you for the feedback on the product! The purpose of the product is to keep your child within a safe distance to you. Since it uses Bluetooth to connect to your phone the maximum distance your child can be away from you is about 80-100 feet. Once the child is out of this range you will receive a notification letting you know they are out of your range and you will not be able to track them.

Great idea but such poor execution. A bad app that doesn’t function properly. No ability to track the direction of the wristband. A waste of money.
