We love our Calmi rings! I have given them as gifts for my daughters and friends. My daughter is adamant it has helped her sleep. I feel the same. Now, we are looking to expand our collections to have both finishes.

I’ve ordered a dozen rings, at different times, because friends are constantly commenting on mine. I’ll find out their favorite color and then gift them one!!!! I also have one of each color to coordinate with what I’m wearing. I would say that when showering or doing things like washing dishes be sure to remove your ring. I’ve had a couple where a magnet has come loose and they’re a royal pain to get glued back in (I use super glue)!
