Was skeptical at first but now don’t go a day without my ring. Not sure if possible but helps with my arthritis pain throughout the night.

Wore the ring for 12 weeks with no noticeable difference. Have now taken off as it caught on things constantly due to the space in the ring. Found it to be quite dangerous when playing sport or doing any kind of DIY due to catching on things.
