mycar Tyre & Auto - Helensvale Avis 

I have been getting my car serviced at mycar Helensvale for years. I will not be going back again after my experience yesterday. The way I was spoken to over the phone when questioning the price of the service (I was quoted 2 different prices in store vs online) was nothing short of disgusting. The man was more concerned with proving a point to me than having any kind of costumer service skills. It was very degrading and I was in tears after this call. It’s a shame, as I have always found the staff there so friendly and easy to deal with. After this experience though, unfortunately they will not be getting either mine or any of my family’s business anymore.

Great service, open honest conversation

It's too expensive to pay $290 for an oil change and filter. They gave me a bunch of other issues to fix with very little explanation and I felt I was rushed to pay and get out of the shop. They said go and see an engine specialist there are lots of oils leaks from unspecified locations that our "15 years experienced" tech couldn't identify

Very helpful staff, super easy drop off and pick up

Charged me extra cause i had just installed new struts and lower control arms which is fine but they did a god awful job, the steering wheel isn’t straight to start with and the car still has alot of negative camber in the front wheels and a grumbling noise and vibration when turning right or going straight.

Had general service and took advantage of great offer on two tyres. Friendly staff. Great mechanics. Kept informed of works being done and anything else that was detected.
The car drives beautifully. Wonderful job.

Honestly, I had a great experience with the Helensvale MyCar team. Quick service, they were able to squeeze me to get the tyres I desperately needed. I was able to purchase quality tyres at an affordable price and the staff member who assisted me was wonderful.
