Awful customer experience
Awful customer experience. Nightmare to contact them. Tech issues with their contact support channels.
Contractors don’t show up then hassle trying to get a refund.
They’ll offer you a compensation payment and confirm with an email.
You’ll probably never receive this if anything like mine.
Followed up with a recent ticket one week ago, and still failed to process any form of compensation.
Absolutely terrible customer service. As a landlord, I will be sure never to think about My Constructor again!

Would not recommend if you have a Listed Property.
We made a mistake by using this company for our Grade 2 Listed Property. We did not realise that being a Listed Property we should have got a specialist in to do our ECP. We have been given a very unfair low rating as of course a 200+ year old former Flour Mill cannot be assessed the same way as a brand new build. Be warned, do not use if you have a Listed Property.
