I would not recommend this company
I would not recommend this company to anyone. The guy who did my new EPC did not listen to anything I said. He completely ignored the concerns I brought up. The EPC he then sent me had the wrong information about the insulation in my walls and when I brought it up, he said he'd look into it but till now, 4 months later, I am still to hear back.
This company just took my money and put me in a worse position than I originally was. I don't have the money to do a new EPC so I'm just stuck with the one from this company that is incorrect. My advice to anyone thinking of using this company is to go somewhere else.

Poor Service
1: When you call the company , you will be on hold for more than 20 minutes, if you request a callback by pressing 9. It does not work.
2: The Webpage is confusing , Cannot find out as to whether, works have been completed or not.
3: Receptionist told me that an electrician would call me back...Still waiting after one month.
