Would Not Recommend This Website
I booked an electrician for an EICR, and the website reassigned the job to a different contractor. The new contractor was scheduled to attend tomorrow (Monday). However, at 10:40 pm on Sunday, I received a message saying the appointment has been cancelled.
This booking was made almost a week ago, so receiving a cancellation at this late stage is extremely frustrating. This is my first experience using your service, and based on this situation, I would not consider using it again or recommending it to others.

The EPC assessor, Akhtar, was very professional and friendly, arrived promptly and issued the certificate the same day, I would definitely use again.

Stress-free experience
Very easy to book, just select and pay for a time slot.
I have used them twice now for EPCs, and on both occasions the tradesmen showed up on time and completed the task with professionalism. A stress-free experience.

I learnt a few things
I had a nice conversation with Alex and learnt a bit about current legislation around Housing standards, complexity of EPCs for different types of properties, and availability of grants to improve the EP of the property.

Be very careful can never get hold of…
Be very careful can never get hold of them if things go wrong. Also watchout for a company by the name of Hem(electrical). They deliberately fail your electriccert and provide fake quotations. I am a victim & with proof but cannot even get my cert money back.
